Pragma Bed Single Sleeper Convertible Chair, Black

I purchased the chair for our kids bedroom, we wanted them to have a chair as well as an extra bed in there if needed. Assembly is really quick and easy took less than 10 minutes to put the chair together. I ordered the green, not paying attention thinking it was grey because of the picture displayed as an option. The green is more grey than a true green the color is true to the picture, there is a hint of green to the color but it looks more grey than green. Comfort level this is not a plush squishy chair, about what you would expect out of a futon it is firm but comfortable to sit on. As a spare bed or chair for a kids room, office or even guest room this chair would be perfect and was exactly what we were looking for.

I will start with the packaging. It was very damaged on outside of box, but the chair inside ended up being ok.The color is not true to the picture at all. The picture looks almost ivory and gives the choice as beige. It is definitely a dark tan color - just not pretty.The material is a rough feeling material not soft or slick in anyway. I was not expecting soft like velvet, but this is not nice to touch.The chair is very hard, let alone in bed form as a bed. Just a tiny amount of padding when in bed form. I now looked at foam toppers and unwilling to add that much more to the cost of this ugly colored hard chair.So very disappointed as wanted it to work out for a spare bed for my granddaughter when she stays over nights. I read so much about the beds online so extremely disappointed.I don't want to try to return it as the box was pretty much destroyed so I threw it out. Plus returns say "unopened". Don't know how I would have tried this out without opening, so will have to have someone just haul it to the dump.

I live in a studio apartment and am always looking for ways to conserve space. This sleeper chair seemed ideal. And at first it was. As a sleeper it was very comfortable for about 6 months. As a chair the back support is a little to far back even in its most upright position. The included pillow is to small to offer any additional support.(I bought a large pillow/cushion to compensate for that). But after 6 month I started to to feel the metal bars in the middle of the frame through the cushioning. And it keeps getting worse. I bought a fiberbed 2"mattress topper and had sewed down to fit this sleeper.that worked for about 2 weeks. I weigh about 145-150lbs. So this chair is not really durable as a sleeper for every day use. .

I absolutely love this futon chair. Yes, it is firm as most futons are. I think it’s very comfortable. This is a great, functional chair/lounger/bed, for limited space. It is wide, so pay attention to the measurements and plan your room accordingly. I measured out the space before I purchased this chair. I purchased the beige, which contrary to what others say, IS a deep beige. I love the color. I put this together myself and it took me about 45 minutes.

For the price, it fits what I needed. It is like a firm cot, not a bed. I am happy with my purchase. Easy to assemble.

Nice chair bed. Works as stated. Assembly instructions could be more clear. Bed is very low to the floor.

I get a lot of compliments on this seat? I bought it as a temporary bed and it's okay to sleep on for a few weeks , but definitely more suitable for a guest. as a chair, it's very comfortable and easy to lounge in. assembly was simple, color is great !

Bought this chair for my teenage son's room, in orange. It looks beautiful and modern and it desnt take a lot of space. It was easy to assamble and easy to convert into a rest chair or a single bed. I love the fabric. It is very well made. Very happy with the purchase. Worth the money.
