Absolutely loved these knee sleeves. 7 mm thickness topped with the premium quality material worked great for me. Your legs will be a little sweaty after you take them off after finishing your workout but that's totally fine compared to how much they help during the workout. I was able to target more weights and greater reps without compromising my knees. Looking forward for their other products like wrist wraps etc.
