I just used it and its junk

I found myself just outside the return window for Amazon when I discovered one of the feet on my new ironing board was damaged. The metal foot was dented in and the plastic foot cover cracked. The shipping box was damaged in the area of the foot, so I surmised that the damage happened in handling or shipping as opposed to at the manufacturer. Still, I wrote to Seymour and made them aware of my issue even though it wasn't their fault. They are sending me a new cap to replace the cracked one! Now that's a great American company!

I have had this type board before. Over time it will weaken and possibly even bend. I bought it strictly for price and made in America. But I should have gone for a little extra and purchased the boards that have individual footing than the bar type like this one has. Board moves a lot on carpet, hard floor not as much, but like I said, over time the joints will weaken. Plus it did not have the end support for the iron or whatever it is called, I use the square end for doing my shirts and with the iron holder on the end, hinders me. So this is why I bought this one. It's worth the money.

Sturdy, easy to fold up, nice padding.

I didn't realize why ironing boards were averaging 50-60 dollars. So I ended up choosing this product bc of the low price... BIG MISTAKE. Save your money and don't buy this. 1) It was delayed twice (which was annoying but not their fault) and when I finally got it, one of the end leg covers came off because the metal was bent; which was really confusing because the ironing board was completely wrapped up in plastic with no holes so I guessing the company saw that and said F it, ship it anyways. 2) When I unlatched the leg lock to prop the board up the entire thing was off balance. You could literally rock it from side to side. 3) The legs were really unstable. The bolts that were holding the metal legs together were super loose (it wasn't screwed in so I couldn't fix it by tightening it either). Overall, I definitely would NOT recommend this product to anyone. Not only is it cheaply made, it's dangerous to use. Nobody would have something so hot (such as an iron) on top of something so wobbly and off balance.

Does the job easily.

When this item arrived it was missing three caps that goes on the T-Leg. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they will mail me out the caps. The customer service rep was Awesome and the response was quick. Sorry Amazon they were faster than you in the delivery and customer service. The iron board is nice looking and sturdy although the caps are missing. This iron board is of good quality and I would order another one from this brand with no problem. Awesome all around!!!! I don’t like it it moves to much and it feels unstable so it works not my first choice feels cheap
