Purchased this massage chair summer of 2024 , this chair is perfect for relaxing after a long day of work, really gives me a great massage , not only that but it is great for just relaxing and watching tv. One of the best purchases I’ve made. On a side note, when we have company and I get them to try out the chair they don’t want to get out of it and they say that they are going to buy one. It impresses all who tries it out. Thank you Massage Max for a great product

First I want to say thank you MassaMAX for the wonderful customer service and amazing chair. I was afraid to pay 2K for a product I can't feel or inspect first at first. I'd searched and read reviews from so many different sites about so many brands for almost 2 months before I took a chance purchasing this chair for hubby. I'm glad I did because "we" love it...lol! The delivery driver handled it with care and helped me inspect the package to make sure it wasn't damaged. I had the delivery driver to leave it inside my garage until my husband returned home so hubby definitely needed help bringing it inside. Our doors inside are around 29" wide so it couldn't go into a certain room but that's ok. The chair does everything a highline massage chair does so don't bother paying 3-4k or more for one. It took 5mins to assemble which was pretty simple and that's cool. Buy this chair, you won't be disappointed. Hubby loves how it grips your feet and gently extend your legs to stretch your calf muscles. He works on ladders everyday so those muscles get overworked a lot. Side note: Be careful massaging your lower back (tailbone). It's pretty intense in that area and may leave you sore for about 3dys. Learn which massage is best for you before leaning back and falling asleep. 4 people tried it on Christmas day and mentioned the 4D massage being a little painful on that area. Other than that... you'll love it! 😃

I never write reviews, but I just have to for this one! First off, the chair arrived way faster and the delivery service was amazing and even brought it in the door for me. I was so eager to try it, so I managed to unbox it and set it up myself. I had always wanted a massage chair, but I assumed the really good ones were way out of budget. I started researching and was going to buy one for almost $1000 more when I came across this one and it seemed to have more options than the more expensive one. I was so excited to surprise my boyfriend with it, but after us both previously using the ones at Planet Fitness years ago, he wasn't overly excited like I was... until he tried it for the first time. He was in absolute heaven the first time he tried it and I had to remind him to get up after an hour! The regular 4d massage, stretching, and targeted areas are just incredible. I have gotten a few regular massages in the past and my shoulders are always so tight with knots. I used a spot treatment on my shoulder and could feel that knot loosen after a few minutes. I'm not sure I'll ever go to a regular masseuse again! The only thing I wish it had was more side ait bags, but I wouldn't change anything else! If you are considering purchasing one, buy it!

I’m sitting here enjoying a wonderful massage from my chair’s "Office Regimen" program, and I just had to share my experience! I chose this massage today since I’ve been at my desk for too long. Typically, I look forward to these massages at the end of the day to help me unwind, and let me tell you, it feels like being in a cozy capsule, especially when the chair reclines. There are so many pre-programmed massages to choose from, or you can even customize your own! Plus, you can connect to the chair via Bluetooth to enjoy your favorite music or catch up on audiobooks while you relax. Each massage lasts about 20 minutes, and they are truly delightful. We have the chair set up in our main room, and the controls are pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of them. Since we’ve never owned a massage chair before, we did quite a bit of research and kept coming back to the MassaMax 4D. When it arrived, our four boys were visiting, and they eagerly helped with the unboxing and setup (it comes on a pallet, which is a fun adventure!). They couldn’t wait to be the first ones to try it out once it was all set up. The chair’s design is sleek and modern—it doesn’t look bulky at all! We chose the "Space White" color, and I absolutely love how it looks in our home. Overall, we’re really happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend it!

I was hesitant to buy a massage chair. First there are a hundreds different types under different names. Next, some rate horribly while others rate great- there seems to be no in between. I researched a bit to figure out features, brands, options, etc Finally, I pulled the trigger. Wow! What a difference this makes. Our child with special needs loves it too. Afterward, they are calm and happy and they often ask for another cycle. I love it! My constant muscle pain and back pain has almost disappeared. My wife like it until it bruised her back a bit-even on the lowest settings. However, she is going to space out the days more and give it more of a chance. Afterall, we are just learning how to modify things with all the options. It seems very well built. It does do the job- for some like my wife- a bit too much. Sturdy, solid, so many options. If you are on the fence, this is the one! Great value, well built, and a ton of options. You won’t regret it! Yes, it is big! Yes, it can be rough

I'm 6'-4" and 220.......this is too small and hurts my back

I've had the chair for over a month now, using it daily. The user interface control is straightforward and easy to use (and I like that it is on the left hand side). I have tried all auto-programs as well as manual functions - the functionality of the chair for the price is excellent. It is very difficult to get a chair that matches 100% of your needs, figure out what you need most and go from there. This MassaMax 4D massage chair compares to much higher priced units. My favourites are the full body massage, relax, and the back care. My daughter likes that she can select the manual massage and pinpoint exactly where she wants extended work. A couple of notes - the heat in the back is less than some other models, but after 10 minutes I feel the warmth starting to come through. The stretch option could go a bit further for me, but I don't use that very often so that is not an issue to me. I am 6'0" and 205 pounds and I fit in the chair comfortably. Taller &/or larger people might feel too cramped in the chair. The chair is easy to assemble (add on the foot rest and plug in the controller). It is not a heavyweight so can be moved around the room if needed. The box is just under 33" wide so fits through most doors. The chair is not big and bulky either. Communication with the vendor was excellent, quick responses and clear instructions for delivery. There's a reason the NY Times rated this chair as a top pick!
