Daxiongmao Endoscope Camera with Light, 1080P HD Borescope

I had an emergency that made me buy this and thanks to Prime next day, I received it early next morning allowing me to get an early start. Our beautiful white with black markings long haired female cat that was in a feral colony that had quickly humanized to us, escaped from the quarantined room after rescue, by pulling up a floor vent. Were we surprised when we found the opened hole. I was not looking forward to crawling in the crawl space under the house so I got online and bought the endoscope. Opened all the vent covers and hollered almost the whole night and finally went to bed after 2am. I tried using the scope as soon as I received it the next morning, battery already fully charged and simple enough to operate, but I will have to admit the camera cable could of been a little bit more stiff. I kept running into stopping points in the vent she went into and thought I was left to go crawling. I checked it out and decided to try a different vent in the room. Was able to see better and less stopping points and finally got around a corner and the camera bumped into a white blob with a black circle spot in the middle and then it disappeared. I didn't know if it disappeared because of my moving to get a better view or if it was her and she came to the light at the end but didn't like me poking her and left. My outlook definitely changed at that point trying to imagine that the quick view I had was her but it never showed up again. I went to looking to see if there was an opening, if it wasn't her, for her to escape from under the house and I received a phone call just as I was starting to take the back porch apart saying she was back at the floor vent. I guess the light had led the way and with her not a crying cat, the collar we put on her earlier that same day had a contact tag and a bell and the bell was a ringing wanting help to get back out. The light led the way back and we were finally able to get her out. This unit was worth every penny to us and more. Easy to use, just takes time to get use to it to work at some odd situations. 5 stars all the way.

This endoscope camera is easy to use and provides a clear, bright picture. The built-in light makes it easy to inspect tight and dark spaces, and the flexible cable is helpful for reaching difficult areas. The screen is clear, the controls are simple, and it feels well made. A great tool for home maintenance, automotive work, and DIY projects. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thus boroscope was fully charged, included all of the mentioned equipment and worked immediately. I bought this boroscope based on price and low expectations. I recently came across 2 muzzleloaders that appeared to be in very poor shape. One still had a cap loaded so I needed to know whether they were loaded or not. The few inches inside the barrel were full of rust and looked bad. Neither of them would fully disassemble so I couldn't verify whether they were loaded. Attached are pictures inside each verifying that they are both loaded and the rifling inside of one is included as well. (I've got my work cut out for me!) The boroscope took some getting use to the distance needed to see what I was looking to verify (rifling, rust, rounds etc) but the lighting was sufficient, the detail sufficient and overall I was impressed with what was seen. The cord was stiff and came coiled which was fine once straightened out (make sure the portion closest to the hand held unit is "broken" in or it gets to be a 3 handed task. A drain I attempted to look in did not go very good. Once in the trap the picture clarity dropped drastically and it did not want to make the turn into the pipe so that might take some more effort that I didn't do. I did peak under a doorway into my kids' rooms while they were in there and doing it silently was not impressive but again, I wanted them to have a heads up. The picture was good but the attitude/kids feedback was not. Overall, I'm impressed and with the price, will keep it. I will store in original box and found it very easy to use and very portable. The pictures are from my phone since this does not take pictures.

This horoscope save my butt when trying to identify a water leak in the ceiling of my house. I like that the hose is flexible and not too soft to where it's not adjustable. The ability to be able to adjust the angle makes a huge difference in the functionality of the product. The video quality overall is not fantastic but is pretty good and sufficient to see what you'll need especially when you are up close to whatever you need to see. It paid for itself after it's first use by allowing me to identify the area of drywall I needed to remove in my first attempt without exploratory removal. The battery life is also very good. There may be other products that have better video quality but overall this is a great product for the price and I would recommend.

The length of the camera makes it seem like that's the workable area. Frankly, there is almost no situation where you're going to get more than two feet of use out of it, since the wire is rigid enough (or maybe I should say sturdy) that it will hold its form and so it cannot weave through whatever you're trying to snake to its complete distance. The camera will end up catching on side walls, turns, debris, and anything else you can imagine making it such that you will not be able to view what you're needing to get to. Except for one case: if you're inspecting a straight pvc pipe with no turns whatsoever - that's the only time the complete length of the one you buy will actually work for you. Otherwise, at a foot or two, the 16 or 33 foot versions are both just way more cord then you need and is cumbersome. Also, the image is kinda crap, but that's to be expected from such a small camera. Don't get fooled by the product image - it's a total lie. BUT, you will be able to see what you need and it WILL be clear enough to inform you IF AND ONLY IF you are able to actually magic the rigid snake into the location you want it to go.

I had a different endoscope before that connected to my Android phone, but the app support was outdated and it ended up being more trouble than it was worth. That was the main reason I bought this one, and honestly, this model should have been my first purchase. Having a built-in screen makes it a lot more practical for shop and garage use, and I do not have to fool with apps, Wi-Fi, or dragging my phone into dirty jobs. The picture is clear, the built-in light does the job, and the screen is easy to see while working. For a home mechanic, that matters a lot when you are trying to look down into tight spots, behind engine components, inside vents, or down in places you cannot get your eyes on directly. The 16.4-foot cable is also a big plus. It is long enough to reach where I need it, and the semi-rigid cable gives you enough control to guide it around without constantly fighting it. I also like that it is a standalone tool. You just turn it on and use it. No software headaches, no compatibility issues, and no worrying about getting grease, dirt, or coolant all over your phone. For checking inside automotive engines, behind dash areas, inside wall spaces, or even plumbing and drains, it is a handy tool to keep around. Overall, this has been a much better setup than the phone-connected model I had before. It is simple, clear, and ready to work right out of the box. For a home car mechanic or anyone who does their own repairs, this is one of those tools that makes jobs easier and saves time once you have it.

Good product might not work for auto shop's but to work on your own vehicle very nice good price

Seller, this equipment has stopped working in jut 5 months after purchase. Your page says that it has 12 months worry free warranty. Please advise where / whom to contact for the warranty asap ???
