I didn't give them 5 star's yet because I just bought these in a pinch. They are working just fine, flow is good and I haven't experienced any restrictions. It's used for about 2 weeks now for several hours a days. No negatives yet other than it's not brand named.

Appears to be good quality and I haven't blown myself up yet so apparently they work well!

Not sure if there are any quality differences between devices of this type. As long as they screw on you hope they function properly. 2 sets for two sets of torches. Safety first! Retrofit those older sets!

They seem to be well made with correct materials. Fit is as expected. Items like this are something you hope you never find out if they function as intended. If they ever need to arrest a flash back I will update accordingly.

The acetylene arrestees are excellent quality. And cheap too. I was very happy with them, the figment was perfect and they worked great. High quality, no rough edges or threads. Just a quality part and cheaper than the fabrication supply stores.

These flashback preventers are for the regulator side of your torch set up, and you absolutely should have them in place at all times. If you’ve never had a flashback, take it from me—you don’t want to have one. For dairy cheap price, you can protect your expensive hose regulators, and in some instances your bottles from gas reversal explosions.
