Let me start by saying the Amazon packaging was good! The box from seller that was inside the Amazon box was undamaged and it was still sealed from China customs shipping!After opening the box to make sure everything was there, I started noticing small broken pieces of plastic!At this point I’m starting to worry about what else is broken!I decided to plug in the power supply before unboxing the rest, guess what nothing !So I grab the manual to make sure I’m not forgetting anything I’m overlooking that’s simple!The manual said it needs grounding , so despite my what my head was already telling me I said oh what the hell so I assembled everything which wasn’t too bad !Well guess what not so. I start inspecting everything and noticing the power supply seal was already broken open so I took some pics and opened her up just to see if it was something simple !Well with my multi-meter it wasn’t a blown fuse the power supply was wired backwards!😡So let’s check everything else , so I supplied 12 volts to the board and everything lit up all motors worked!So at this point I would rather just get the the damaged parts and move on !Well because it was Amazon prime I found no place to contact seller so I researched the bad parts and found I could get all the bad parts replaced for $30. Was it really worth my time to send this back!So after replacing the bad parts and loosening and tweaking the frame and the other parts I was able to print my first part , and it went perfectly however one of the small fans in the control box started making a lot of noise! 😡😡I used a fan from a computer video card and all is good!So now I’m a happy owner and printing all the time!Here are some pics of the damaged parts and problems I had !If I had only paid $250 for it I would have been ok with it but at $359 it was way over priced for the extra work and parts it took to get to this point!UPDATE 12-15-17Vendor has contact me and has been very nice !They have offered to ship me the replacement parts at no charge, which I agreed1-4-18This is the second time I have wrote this so !Every vendor has problems what make the difference is how they handle the problem!This vendor was very professional the sent me the replacement parts and very easy to deal with!A+ rating on resolving problems would highly recommend!!

ok here is the second part of my review, the printer came packaged tight and the flaws from 10 months earlier i have read on YouTube have been fixed. the single biggest problem i had read about the printer was the Z axis motors facing in and the heatbed would run across the wires.the x-axis was my only issue.the whole thing was loose,i had too take it apart and tighten the wheels myself.i have had the printer 4 days and the prints are great.i also own the anet a2, a6 and now the e10.the printer came 95 percent assembled, that is a huge plus for new owners.the a6 i had to put together from scratch,but i learned the ins and outs of a 3d printer.anyone that can grab this printer for 219.00 like i did, and i believe its a steal.i hope this review helped.

I thought I would order this but saw all the bad reviews on it. Well the reviews are right, stay clear of the product. I got mine put the 4 screws in it and thought I do some printing, WRONG!!!!! The filament doesn't even come out the nozzle. It gets plugged up. So I changed the nozzle and different filment, same thing. Well to say this, it's going back in the box for a refund. I will stick with my cr10s . If they aloud 1/2 stars this is what they get.

Absolute garbage! Came with the wrong plug ( European) the heat bed will not heat up to 65c. The hardened fan was DOA and the screen flickers. But the biggest problem I have is when I took the hot end A part to find out why the fan wasn’t working it was obvious right away this is a used dirty fan on what was sold as a brand new 3-D printer . Total garbage!

Received product on time and packaging was in good condition When I opened the box I and inspected the parts and it seemed that this was not a new unit it had been assembled or used once before. z axis motors were placed on system not the way the instructions had said also some of the the ID tags on the wires were missing, but after assembling the printer and turning it on for the first time I found that the power supply turned on but display was blank. Not HAPPY !

Worked great for a few print but smells like the board burned up on the inside of the control box now it wont print

It looks like they worked out all the bugs and assembly and QA. I was up and printing in about an hour, tuning and all. Very satisfied.

Returning product - could not get it to work -Very fustrating -
