A fantastic little mitre saw. Perfect to cut the brass U edging for my stained glass. Carried out the job with ease and will, I am sure, be a great tool in future projects.

I use this mitre saw to cut 45 degree angles on zinc frames for stained glass. You have to be gentle with it, let the blade do the cutting (not you pushing! ) to get the most out of the blades. It will also cut wood trim / edges with ease.

I needed this for various small DIY and hobby tasks. Easy to use straight out of the box. I would recommend getting a pair of safety glasses. If you're cutting metal there will be sparks so do it away from anything flammable. It's a mini chop saw. Emphasis on the word mini. There wasn't enough drop room to cut through a one inch aluminum bar, so you may need to rotate the object to cut all the way through then file it down afterwards. If you have bigger stuff to cut you'll need to get a proper size saw.
