For my still-used Tamron SP 17mm f3.5 lens
This is chunky and as well-made (as good a spring action of the clasps and rigidity) as a Nikon one (77mm) of similar design.For an oft single moulded lump of plastic, lens caps, which must be churned out by their thousands do seem quite expensive, for what they are. Especially those from camera makers. I had the choice of either a very cheap, nasty looking plain one, or spending five or six times as much, on this.I'm glad that I did but I'm sure a cheap one would have also done the job just as well. The choice is entirely yours!

Genuine original Tamron cap
Obviously fits perfectly on a Tamron 67mm lens. Equally obviously it's very expensive for a bit of plastic with a spring in it. Still, serves me right for losing the original cap from my lens I guess. Amazon delivered next day without a hitch. Comes in a Tamron plastic wrapper.
