They work
You have to be careful when you take these if you’re on medication or OTC supplements. I take them in the evening before bed and my gas/bloating is gone by the morning.

Works well even if you don’t take more than one!
This really works well for me! Don’t panic if your poop is black, the charcoal just tends to do that! It has no taste and I didn’t have any problems swallowing it, and I have an high hernia!

Honestly the pill size is pretty big but the taste is not bad. Haven’t been as consistent as I would like, but I do use with the wormwood drops that I purchased and it works well.
