Very well made, and they absolutely block the light, due to the thickness of the fabric and the lining on the back. We love ours, got three pairs in two diff colors. The only negative is that they came wrinkled and only the gray one loosened on its own, after hanging for a while. I'll need to iron the teal ones, but that's well worth the effort, because the curtains are beautiful!

I just hung these curtains so they are wrinkled. I will be steaming the wrinkles out when I get a chance. I absolutely love the color. They are great quality and are a great black out option.i bought these to hold the cooler air in the upstairs of our home. I will be purchasing again for other rooms of our home.

I ordered these out of desperation (in a 100 degree+ week-long heat wave) for my home office window, which gets HOT HOT sun for half the day. I put them up the moment they arrived, and while they’re a touch wrinkled, I suspect they’ll smooth out soon, or with some steam. I don't care b/c I’m suddenly on the surface of the sun with no heat tolerance. No joke—it IMMEDIATELY was dramatically cooler as soon as I hung them, and I’m really impressed that the light-blocking qualities are flawless even though it’s a very light color! It also fits the requirements of my HOA rules that the back is white (others had dark backing even though the front was light). They look pretty classy with the linen-look texture on the front side. And I also am super duper sensitive to smell (terrible migraines!), and there was barely any smell the second I took them out of the plastic bag, and was totally gone within minutes. I couldn’t be happier!

edit: I have now washed and dried the curtains and they don't seem to be bothering like they were initially. They also washed and dried very nicely doing them according to the instructions on the curtains themselves. The site seemed to say dry clean only, but the curtains instructions tell you how to wash them.These are nice curtains with a few wrinkles right out of the package. They hang great and look really good. The problem I'm having is the slight odor and evidently I am having a really bad reaction to them. My eyes are burning, my nose is stuffy and I am miserable. So if you are sensitive or have allergies to things please think twice about purchasing these. I never would have thought curtains would be a problem. I'm going to try washing them but it says dry clean only so we shall see how that works out. It's possible you can't get rid of it, if it's part of the light blocking. Unfortunately they have been put up and packaging thrown away so I've had a pricey lesson on curtains containing chemicals. Other than that I would have been very happy with them. They block light really well and look nice.

We LOVED the natural color for this curtain. The blackout works well in our living room. We bought 3 of them for different areas of the home and the quality really holds up well.Straight out of the package, there are some wrinkles (as is expected) but nothing a steaming can't fix. I haven't even bothered to steam them yet, ha, but after a month of use, they look just fine after hanging in our living room.Don't waste your money on more expensive brands! The quality is here! 10/10 would recommend!

Bought these for my grandson for his bedroom they are 100% blackout . Material is beautiful has a linen look , they look expensive , well worth the money . I am very very happy with these drapes . Definitely a good purchase !

I’m very impressed with how good these are to blackout the light. They look linen-ish,the color was just what I needed (more natural linen color) and are thick/heavy. I did wash them (followed wash care instructions) and found as others mentioned they did really wrinkle a lot, but I went ahead and hung them and slowly the wrinkles have been coming out. I just haven’t had time to steam them, but it’s not too bad. When I washed them I did notice a lot of odd lint in the lint catcher but did not notice anything wrong after I hung them. There are a very few incredibly small pinholes that lets light through but not enough to really complain or reduce the blackout. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend these.

Many are not despite claiming to be.These ARE and the white plastic backing is in fact 100% opaque to sunlight, just like the ones in a hotel. If that's what you're looking for these are what you want to buy.Note that they are linen and thus will be wrinkled, and having a plastic backing you have to be somewhat careful with applying an iron (lest you melt it!) to release the wrinkles. My dryer has a "Steam Refresh" setting (which does actually steam whatever is put in it) and a few minutes of that left them almost-entirely wrinkle-free before I hung them.For actual blackout curtains to be hung on a round rod (they're grommeted for such) these are IMHO highly recommended.

Just got these today (oatmeal). Very happy with the size, colour, and quality. Light blocking is great. No issues to speak of. Would buy again.

I love these curtains; the color and weight. Certainly blackout curtains. It would be nice if they came rolled up rather than folded as some of the more creased areas weakened those parts of the curtain. They arrived quite wrinkled but was able to steam them out.

I like the drapes but I expected them to be a tighter weave. As they are, they have a very nice texture but clash somewhat with my patterned furniture. I expected a solid, closely woven texture that would appear to be an opaque navy. However, they are very nice, well made and of good quality. I’m keeping them & ordering an additional set. My furniture will have to do. I can always order slipcovers😘
