The media could not be loaded. Great communication from the seller. Placed order on Sunday, received confirmation from the seller that the order was coming in 4 shipments. Seller gave me all FedEx tracking numbers later the next day. Received two boxes on Wednesday, and the other two the next day. I ordered the day before the holiday, so I’m very pleased with the delivery time.The boxes were not too heavy that I couldn’t bring them inside myself. I waited for all four packages to arrive, then opened up everything at the same time.The instructions are straightforward. Easy to assemble. I did it myself casually in about an hour. Instructions suggest waiting 48hr for everything to “bounce back”. The seat cushions are pretty good now. The back pillows could probably use a little more filler, but I’ll give it some time and some fluffing as suggested. I will add some accent pillows to make it look really nice. There are suggestions for cleaning spills as well as regular upkeep in the instructions. There is room for storage in the both ottomans. You can change pillow configurations based on if you want both to be freestanding, or if you want the chaise layout (pictured).The sofa is the perfect size and sits in my space the way I expected. I used the AI tool to see how it would look in the room first before purchasing. It rendering is pretty accurate.I haven’t used it yet, however it appears to be a solid, sturdy sofa. I did sit on the ottoman and the cushion is comfortable. This is a great buy for an apartment or a smaller space where you want to maximize seating. I may come back after some time to add my thoughts on how it’s holding up.

This couch came in four different boxes, which all arrived together, within two days of my purchase. It's a longer couch so make sure you clear space for assembly. Unboxing took approx. 30 minutes. No tools necessary, I put together by myself, although directions recommend two ppl. It took about an hour and a half total. I was skeptical about purchasing online, I am heavyset and wanted to be sure this was sturdy, comfortable, and wide enough. I am totally satisfied with the quality and price. This is long/wide enough for me to stretch out on and still have room for another person to sit on the couch. The ottoman is the same height as couch so it could be pushed together and used for overnight sleeping arrangements. Ample amount of space inside both ottomans. Cushions have velcro to keep in place. So far so good, plus $1k less than any couch you will find in stores. I would totally recommend!!

It's a nice sectional couch. It took a while for me to get all the pieces but I'm pretty satisfied now. The vendor worked with me after my continued correspondence in satisfying my complaints about delayed delivery after half the couch arrived without notice of any future delivery of the other half. They were accommodating in refunding $210 off my purchase price for my inconvenience. After waiting several days for the seat cushions to expand (they arrive compressed), one of the seat cushions was definitely damaged, did not fully expand and not usable so I asked the vendor to replace the seat cushion. At first they suggested perhaps I use the refunded money to purchase foam to fill the seat cushion which was a very infuriating suggestion, not appreciated and was unprofessional. Foam will not fix an indented cushion especially when you could feel the springs and why would I want a defective product when I paid for a product in new and unaltered condition. After stalling tactics, they did end up sending a replacement seat cushion which did not come compressed and was perfect like the ones you see in the picture ad which proves that compressing the cushions compromises the integrity of the cushions themselves. If all the cushions came like that it will look exactly like the picture ad. I had to unzip and open up the backrest cushions and go in and separate/kneed and fluff the filling by hand because they were lumpy, not full and looked cheesy. That seemed to pretty much saw that issue. As far as assembly is concerned it is quite straightforward and easy for one person to do it. I'm a 66 year old petite woman and had no problems doing so. I think overall now that my issues have been resolved, it is not a bad piece of furniture and the material covering is really quite nice.

It is sized for a dorm room. Yes it is long, but built for tiny area. Not a family couch for sure. Lots of storage to stash blankets, board games, or the occasional item left out when people pop in unannounced!

This purchase was a huge mistake. I will never buy furniture online again…lesson learned. The design is not made to last…it is flimsy, small, and cheap! The arms are weak and easily give way (picture included). It is not comfortable to sit on and just seems really too small. I have had since April 2024 and the fabric is basically shredding (pictures included). When I vacuum the cushions I get a lot of fabric in the vacuum bin. I absolutely hate this couch and I am embarrassed by it. I knew when I was putting it together it was not going to work. I started a refund, but was offered $150 by the seller if I agreed to keep it, which I did. I never received the $150 even though I kept this ridiculous excuse of a sectional. I would say the only part of the couch I remotely like is the storage ottoman. Let my mistake keep you from wasting your hard-earned money. Do not purchase this garbage and avoid the buyer’s remorse!
