6Ft 70w Single Indoor 8 Fluorescent Batten Fitting High Frequency Light - Tub.

The light fitting I am replacing is the same one as in the photo in the advert, the one I received is a slimline model and the tubes I have will not fit it. It is definitely not the same as the the photo in the advert, and for the price you would expect it to come with a tube. I will still be fitting it, but overall very disappointed.

I think you need to have experience with wiring up electrical appliances to install this item as the feed point for the power is on top of the unit which means I could not fit it flush to the joists in my garage. I think it would also help if the earthing point was in a better place and not on the cover plate as I then had to disconnect the earth wire to fit the appliance

Very good and simple light fitting. I would of given 5 stars but it doesn't come with a tube light. I was very disappointed with that

Perfectly functional light fitting though I would not have bought at this price if I realised the tube was not included despite the picture

Quick and easy to install

Just the ticket for what we wanted and easily installed. No problems. Would recommend one of these with a daylight full spectrum tube for close work or computer reproduction work. Just about to buy another 3 of these.
