Good fan. The LEDs are a blueish white and aren't bright, they're bright enough to light the fan up, but not the case.Silent? Haha, I Installed mine and it was buzzing like mad! I had to put the old fan back on until I could get a fan controller to turn it down. I guess its so noisy because its shifting alot of air!Pros:Moves alot of air!Nice LEDsAnti-vibration on all corners and even blades!Long cable to fit anywhere in a large case.Cons:The massive air flow means massive noise! I've turned mine down using a controller, I don't recommend keeping this fan on full unless its 50 degrees outside.Anti-vibration plugs are really small and hard to insert into the fan. One of mine broke because i tried to pull it through too hard, but thats what keeps it in place. Now I just use screws.Low noise adapter? Mine didn't come with one, the 4 pin molex to 3 pin doesn't affect the speed at all. Conclusion:This fan is for those who like the specs of a noctua but hate the colour.

Not sure of long term quality, but extremely quiet fans when used with a fan controller
I've got 6 of these in my Corsair Carbide Air 540. The good news is that despite the case having zero soundproofing (it's one of the worst as there's so many open vents), these fans - when paired with a controller - make the PC almost entirely quiet for normal desktop work. They look good and the LEDs are great too.The bad news is that I've had 2 of the 5 fail so far. Not sure of the long term quality, but if no others fail this would be a 5* product.

Dead silent
As the name suggest it's dead silent.I used it to replace the stock fans of my Corsair liquid cooler, this fan spins at maximum 1300rpm, only half as much those corsair fans, but produce the same amount of wind. At 1300rpm the only sound is the air flow, the fan itself does not produce any mechanical noise. (maybe it does, but it's beyond my hearing range). The airflow sound is more likely caused by the air flowing through the metal mesh rather than from the fan itself. This fan is inexpensive, and flawless.Since the fan blades are black, don't expect the LED's to illuminate the case, they add a bit white to the fan blade and that's about itThe fan comes with a nice sleeved cable and a MOLEX adaptor, also you have a choice between using screws or rubber mounts. The only disappointing bit is that the fan is 3-pin rather than 4-pin, so can only be controlled via DC.

Great Fan. Looks amazing.
What an outstanding fan. Great build quality looks the business and even though it is not PWM I am using on my block cooler for my CPU. Runs at 1200rpm at 12v or you can attach a 7v converter and have it running at 800rpm. With the converter it is silent, literally silent. Also has screw and noise proof attachments and a molex connector. The white lights really add to the look as well, be aware they are not pure white but the kind of bluish hue white.5 star fan.

One fan is nice and quiet though
I bought 2 of these fans and one seems to be much louder than the other. This could be the set up of fans I have in my case. Will need to fiddle with it to check. One fan is nice and quiet though :)

Best fan I've ever tired
Bast fan i've ever used. Using it on a cooler despite it being a case fan. Great airflow and it's totally silent with the voltage limiter in place. Still getting good temperatures but with 0 noise. Note that the lighting is very subtle, don't expect this to light the whole case up.
