Fairly easy puzzle, but a labor of love
I was a teenager at the beginning of Marvel's silver age and so at the time, purchased and read all the books shown in the puzzle. (That Avengers 4 with the silver age return of Captain America is just such a classic cover and a sentimental favorite!) Sorting was easy because the covers are different colors and for the most part, it was obvious where pieces belonged. The pieces were all there, fit together easily and were a proper thickness. Not too challenging and a good place to try out a 1000-piece puzzle.

Comic book puzzle
Puzzle pieces were good quality and fit together to perfectly. Came with a poster which was nice. After it was put together couldn’t really tell it was a puzzle looks like comic books.

Missing one piece!
Got this for my husband and he enjoyed putting it together. It was a little frustrating that in the end it was missing one corner piece :( However, we actually framed it and hung it in our son's room since he loves super heroes. You can't tell the piece is missing.

Perfect for comic book lovers
I was a little worried when I opened the box and saw a thousand tiny pieces. I prefer smaller puzzles - 300 to 500 pieces - because I solve jigsaw puzzles more as a way of relaxation than as a challenge. I don't want to do a puzzle that frustrates me because I have 500 pieces that all look the same, for instance. But this was perfect. It was a challenge, but in a good way. I worked for several hours on this, but I separated the pieces into the various comic book covers as I went along, then put them together bit by bit. The covers are distinctive enough that there were very few pieces I had to set aside for later as I was solving; most of them I could fairly easily figure which cover they belonged to.And yes, it did tickle me somewhat that the puzzle was evidently created after Sony started working with Marvel to include Spider-Man in Marvel movies, but before Marvel bought Fox (the X-Men and the Fantastic Four were notably missing among the various covers, and all the covers featured superheroes that have been in Marvel movies). All in all, I thouroughly enjoyed this puzzle. Within hours of completeing it, and after taking a photo of it, I disassembled it completely (kind of like Brian Michael Bendis did with the Avengers) and put it back into the box. I will probably put it together again within the year. It was that much fun.
