The Dried Beet Root & Cabbage Mix is delicious, I use these to make my own mix for Ramen noodles by mixing a few different dried vegetables from the seller. Adding boiling water it turns into a Polish red barszcz, I love it. Next time I will try it with Polish uszka instead of Ramen noodles.

I like Borscht but everyone else in my family does not! Now I can whip up a quick batch anytime without wasting the produce. I really love the sweetness of these beet roots. Very good price and long lasting. Plus it’s easier to have for a quick mason jar lunch meal at work while trying to lose weight I like the convince of it while making healthy choices.

I purchased this to use in some rather thin soups I make with dried vegetables and herbs. This was such a good addition that I have repurchased and will likely continue to do so every time I run out. I like the ease of getting the two vegetles together in one bag.

I'm a big fan of cabbage but have a tendency to let the fresh heads rot in the back of the fridge. Canned cabbage is expensive, and sauerkraut won't work with a lot of recipes. This is a great alternative! The beets do take longer to rehydrate, but even slightly crunchy they taste great.

This dried beet root & cabbage mix comes in a sturdy, clear plastic bag with a product label on it. It is precut into small pieces and ready for use in soups or other dishes. The quality seems good and fresh. I used some in a soup and it was great. It tasted natural and clean as expected. Note that the pieces would expand after reconstitution, so a little goes a long way. Overall, I like this a lot. It is natural, chopped and ready for use. A little pricey for a 1/2-lb. bag though.

It does not take all that much to re hydrate this wonderful product. When prepared, it also makes a nice statement to versatility of vegetables and adds color to your table. I really like that it does not take up room in the freezer nor does it need to be canned.
