Great lightweight vacuum
Due to the battery life and small dust collection bin it would not work for us as the main vacuum as we live in a big house but it is fantastic for a quick spot clean. I love that it has a power choice as for hard floor you not necessarily need a lot of power while for carpets the higher power setting does a great job. The head that it comes with works just fine on both tiles and carpets

Not working
After 4 months my vacuum cleaner stopped to work. Dyson center won't do anything because this user is not authorised seller. I called this seller and they told me that they will call me back as soon as possible but still nothing.

Great machine but not enough accessory
The machine itself is great. I was amazed how much dirt it pulled from the carpet. However, reducing one star because earlier came with slightly smaller fluffy/soft head for hard floors accessory and mentions hair screw tool but it had only the basic. The packaging still had the box for the fluffy head tool but it did not contain any.

As expected, very good - a million times better than the Black & Decker one I had returned a week prior…. You get what you pay for, would reccomend.
