We added it to the base of an old palm tree, after making grooves, it is caving the trunk very well.

Too small. Needed to be 16d. Not even close. Why can't they size these like every other nail in existence so you don't have guess and use every setting the damn calipers just to get the wrong nail!!

Dont waste your money this will only take care of 1/4th of a small tree. you would have to use so many packs of these it is cheaper to have someone yank it out with a bak hoe.

Easily bent and need to drill a hole first in order to keep them from bending over. Would not purchase a second time.
