I really struggled giving this paper a star rating as it didn’t do what I wanted it to do, but it was still really nice paper to use for the price. I bought this paper for watercolour painting and sketch marker. In terms of Watercolour, I found it quite useless as the water and paint just sat on the surface of the paper because there was no real texture to it. I may as well have been painting onto standard copy paper. However for drawing with a sketch marker, the paper is lovely and smooth and the ink absorbed into the surface nicely, however, it stained the paper underneath. I think this paper is perhaps more suited to pencil sketching, perhaps acrylic paint, however I will continue to use it for my Ink sketches, I’ll just be mindful that the ink will stain onto the paper underneath.

Bought this for my 7 year old. A much nicer pad than I was expecting. Paper lovely and thick. The book itself is great quality and sturdy. The outer cardboard thick and will outstand an overly eager child. Good value and much cheaper than other pads of similar spec.

product arrived on time. A4 size with 30 sheets. paper is smooth. however, the front was slightly damaged with creases.

This was a nice quality for the money. It still allowed our alcohol pens to bleed through to the back but was ok if you simply remember to put a piece of printer paper behind. Had serrated perforations at the top which allows you to tear off the sprocket holes.

great value for money for watercolour

used this for sketching with pencils. Wouldn't use for painting - not absorbant, but good for drawing on

I am giving 4 stars only because the paper is a bit thin and not good idea for water painting other then that is a great buy if you are to use any other colours.

No complaints here. Paper is perfect for sketching. Lovely thick paper, nice feel and no bleeding when mixing or shading in colours.
