this is a classic. one of the original series to get me into being an avid reader. this edition is gorgeous and has prompted me to reread the series before diving into his newest book of Murtagh’s prospective. beautiful addition to my collection-it certainly will be treasured

Great book and illustrations

This story helps the reader to understand how big the country is, the mountains are very, very big and the dwarves are very old. The final battle is epic, a great tale.

Purchased as a long-wished-for gift; they love it. The art is gorgeous and illustrates the story so well. The paper is fragile, almost like magazine paper, and tears easily; only for older readers for sure.

This is amazing, and totally worth it. The illustrations are beautiful and the book is quite well made. BUY THIS IT IS SO COOL
