3rd one of these in 15 years. Couldn't do ...
3rd one of these in 15 years. Couldn't do without it......the most essential pan in our kitchen. Hope to get another 5 years out of this one before the non-stick fails....at which point it is useless

I am not the only person who is disappointed so how come SKK are still in business
The coating does not last, use it 3-5 times and after two years the food sticks. Be warned. See my other reviews on SKK pans I cant be bothered to keep writing the same thing. I first started buying Woll pans (again German), same thing happened. I am persuing SKK for some information on getting it recoated but I have read on a forum that SKK in Germany dont reply - so we shall see. I am not the only person who is disappointed so how come SKK are still in business!!!!!

Eine tolle Pfanne
Habe diese Pfanne neu gekauft ,weil bei meiner alten SKK Alupfanne nach über 20 Jahren die Beschichtung an einigen Stellen nicht mehr zu 100 % in Takt war. Würde mir diese Pfanne trotz des hohen Preises immer wieder zu legen.

Gute Pfanne
Die Pfanne hat eine gute Verarbeitung. Sie ist relativ schwer, für ältere Leute könnte dies ein Problem darstellen. Das Brat oder Schmorergebnis ist perfekt, die Haltbarkeit der Beschichtung wird sich im Laufe des Gebrauches zeigen. Verwundert war ich etwas, daß diese Schmorpfanne ohne Deckel verkauft wurde, ich dachte , das einer meiner drei vorhandenen Glasdeckel von Vorgängerpfannen passen würde. Leider war dies nicht so und ich habe mir dann direkt beim Hersteller einen passenden Deckel dazu gekauft.

Sollte in der Küche nicht fehlen
Glatte Empfehlung, mit wenig Fett Speisen zubereiten. Hitzeverteilung ist super. Leicht zu verstauen, da der Griff nicht im Weg steht.
