Birthday Barbie is amazing in her simplicity. No crazy wings, shoes, or parts. It's just a very well priced doll and fancy dress. It's perfect for the little girl birthday parties where I'm not quite sure what to get, its my go to because its value and quality is excellent.You simply can't go wrong with this basic, even the box is fancy and great for gifting.It's special, well received and really magical for the birthday girl!

I guess I have been out of the Barbie game for a long time, but I cannot believe how the quality of these dolls has gone down. I just pulled out some unopened Barbie boxes from my childhood (1980s) for my 4 year old daughter to play with, and they are completely different from this doll. Side by side, you would think this doll was an off brand knock off.My 4 year old likes it none the less. But I highly doubt this will be a doll her children play with one day. They will probably still be playing with mine!

This is such a cute Barbie. Her dress is a great quality and the doll itself is great, for the most part. Now I will admit I was expecting a better quality, I am used to the Barbies that weren't just hard plastic and their joints were free moving, but I guess it's just been a long time since I have bought Barbies because these are all hard plastic and the arms and legs stay they way they are.That being said, I have ordered 2 of these, one for my 3 year old daughter and another for me 4 year old niece and both of them love them.

Cute Barbie. What I want to know is, is it an authentic barbie? I never realized they had gotten so cheap and plasticy. You can't bend them anymore. My daughter doesn't notice, but I did. I will have to purchase one from somewhere else and compare the quality.

Birthday doll such a sweet idea for little girls and our granddaughter thought she was beautiful. However, know that the crown is permanent as is the bend in her elbow. She is always crowned, which is too bad because she has pretty hair little girls could style.
