Bought for bikes with 27.5"/2.1 wheels/tyres & they fit well. Supplied with lots of parts to fix to your bicycle, which should allow you to fix to a lot of different bikes. They have a good length, which covers most of the tyre & should keep most dirt off you & the bike. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for & these are a worthwhile purchase. Shipped in a cardboard box which meant they arrived in perfect condition.

I used to think that mudguards on bikes were uncool, dorky, far too heavy and would slow me down. Most years I stop cycling to and from the shops at around the time of year it starts to permanently rain, get cold, the canal turns into one long 3 mile stretch of muddy puddle. I would arrive at the shop soaking wet, covered in filth and mud and scare many innocent shoppers. Not a great advert for leaving the car at home for such journeys. On arrival back at home the long process of scraping off the mud, wringing the water out of all my clothes and attempting to dry my shoes was quite time consuming and irritating. These mudguards have changed my life. They took around half an hour to fit, they come with an absolute tonne of bolts, plastic things and general inexplicable stuff to help with fitting but it wasn't too complicated to work out what worked best for me. Zip ties, the rear metal pole things and a bolt at the front. I would imagine you could fit these to more or less anything. They look very neat and, dare I say it, stylish. After a month of daily cycles up and down the canal in all kinds of horrific rain, storms and just general mud hell they have transformed my cycling life. I am not soaking wet at the end of every ride, most of the soaking through of clothes, even in heavy rain it seems comes from spray off the tyres which these mudguards totally eliminate. They are quite sturdy, some helpful but misguided person recently cut down every hawthorn and blackthorn bush along the tow path and scattered the branches, and thorns, all over the path. There frequently get sucked up by wheels, or just stuck in my tyres by the massive thorns, and then batter into the mudguards with every revolution of the wheel. It makes an irritating noise but eventually the branch is smashed into small enough pieces by the mudguard and the wheel that it can fall away. Highly recommended.

I have a 29er hard tail mountain bike with disk brakes which is use mostly for bike-packing and day rides on gravel or unmade tracks. On a recent ride, I ended up covered in some not very savoury material which frankly, I could have done without. Time for some mudguards (or fenders). These SKS mudguards are well made as I would expect from SKS. Both are of a decent length and the rear one can even be shortened using the handy pattern marks embossed on the plastic for this purpose. The mudguards are accompanied by a fairly decent array of fittings to help make the job of mounting them on your bike a little easier. As others have noted, there is a serious omission in that there are no P-clips suitable for shocks (suspension forks) that have no eyelets on them (like mine). I ended up purchasing some generic P-clips for this purpose for less than £5; SKS also sell similar items but they are a little more expensive (obviously, you need to make sure that you buy the correct size). All bikes are different, whilst these mudguards are generic for a 29er bike, you may need to adapt fittings to suit your machine. On my bike, the rear mudguard was a doddle to fit - the frame clips and judicious use of some rubber fasteners (also not included in the fittings that accompany the pack) made this very easy. I did not use stays for the rear mudguards, instead I adapted (i.e. bent) one of the brackets in the kit so that I could attach the mudguard using this. There was plenty of clearance around the tyre and disk brake and the mudguard covered the whole of my 50+mm wide tyre. The front mudguards were a little more complicated - as mentioned my bike does not have eyelets on the shocks so I had to use P-clips. The stays also needed to be shortened - a pipe cutter made this easy. I don't recommend using a hacksaw, but if that's all you have, it will do the job. The stays can be fine tuned using the adjustable ends to ensure sufficient tyre clearance. Again, there was plenty of clearance around the tyre and disk brake and the mudguard covered the whole of the tyre. In use, these mudguards are excellent. They look good on my bike and are secure and strong. They do a great job of protecting me and my kit from spray (and worse) on the trails. Recommended but be prepared to spend some time fitting them to your bike.

these give really good protection, (this review relates to fitting them to my specialised rockhopper 29er hardtail.) 1st point to note is that they do not come with clamps for front suspension forks, these are another £6 and amazpon only sell them for forks upto 37mm dia and my new rockshox are 40mm dia. i also found that the front guard will not fit under the forks cross strut, arch as the arch on my rockshox forks is very close to the tyre and the guard will not fit in the 8mm gap i have, i'd say to fit properly you need at least 15 to 20mm between fork arch and the tyre. not a problem as i just notched the sides of the mudguard and and sat it on top of the fork arch and used zip ties to attach the stays to the forks. the rear guard as a bit easier, stays bolted straight onto the frame, but i needed to ties the guard to the frame near the seat post clamp as my bike does not have the short cross bracket where you might normally fit reflectors or v brakes

strong mudguards that fit quite snug even on larger wheels; the instructions are basic but work, some minor DIY might be required (in my case the front metal holders were too long); has quite a few fixing materials included to get them on different bike types for most MTB with suspension forks you will need the extra SK clamp like this amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B078Y6P65J (make sure you buy the right size diameter) all in all not cheap but they are really robust and look the real thing

Pas mal de vises qui ne serre strictement à rien en trop, et malheureusement les attaches pour le fourché avant sont en option =€12.50 de supplément, sinon suis moyennement content, produit de bonne qualité.

Awesome 29” fender set! Super easy to install. Flexible enough to modify if needed. My bike has front suspension, and a large cargo rack on the rear, but this set was easy to modify around my bike. Tough plastic.

Mein Anspruch war eine Mehrpunktmontage und geringes Gewicht. Beides ist erfüllt. Montiert auf 29". Es werden mehr als ausreichend Schrauben/Muttern mitgeliefert. Man merkt es handelt sich um ein in Deutschland entwickeltes Produkt. Musste mein Schutzblech hinten leider zerschneiden und in zwei Teilen montieren, weil der Rahmen einfach zu schmal ist für das Blech, aber selbst dafür konnte ich genug Halterungen im Lieferumfang finden. Das ist gut. Für Montage und Justage sollte man etwas Zeit mitbringen. Das Einklicken der Bleche zum Schluss ist super, das vereinfacht die Montage. Kleine Makel, die meiner Meinung nach einfach zu lösen wären: - Die Metallstäbe sind nicht schwarz lackiert, was ich deutlich schöner fände. - Bei dollen Unebenheiten scheppert es doch hier und da mal. Das wird im Laufe der Zeit wahrscheinlich mehr werden. - keine Möglichkeit das Blech zusätzlich am Gepäckträger zu fixieren, um das Klappern zu unterbinden.
