Tight fit. Had to hammer it down with a rubber mallet, but it's on there very securely now. Looks great. VERY bright. Strobe function is fast and would be very disorienting at night. Instructions are unclear about how to activate strobe. There are 2 buttons, one for normal beam, another for strobe. To activate strobe, you must turn on normal light, THEN press the strobe button. The booklet just says press the strobe button, nothing about having turned on the normal light first. This feels very well made, solid, with no rattle or anything.Why pay $100-$200 more for something that does the same thing?

Great light for my Taurua pt 809. Wish it fit my m&p 40c. But that rail is slightly wider. Love the option of strobe or solid. My boogeyman light for bumps in the night

Great light at an affordable price, worked great on my American compact 9mm , the strobe feature is a plus as well , I would recommend to others , very nice fit as well , all around a good deal , thank you m1 surplus.......
