I had a small problem and as soon as I contacted the vendor they resolved it immediately. I highly recomend this product and its great efficiency.

Very Lightweight
This is a great blower so far, very lightweight ( like 5 pounds ) even with battery in it.like that it has a blowing speed from light to turbo.

Jury is still out. No information on how to order additional battery. I have looked for one but cannot find a battery matching the specs. No information on how to contact the manufacturer. Cannot find additional battery charger. This may have been a mistake.
