I have not found whether or not they are indeed leakproof as I have not been able to tolerate the small size. I ordered my usual size, but they are quite small for me. I should return them.The fabric feels very nice. The print is a small part of the garment which disappointed me. The elastic at the waistband is narrow and not very stretchy which also makes them a bit uncomfortable especially since they run small.

I ordered size XL but they are closer to a S or M. They are very pretty but if ordering these make sure to order larger sizes.

I received my pants within 30 days from China. I ordered them on Amazon. I opened the package and knew they wouldn't work, made just like my regular panties. I thought maybe I couldn't see entire picture and gave them a try. Very embarrassing. I was soaked within the hour. I called Amazon and they said since it was third party I had to contact seller. Shame on Amazon for allowing false advertisements and then not backing sells on their sight. The company texted me, gave me full refund including shipping charges. I thank them for doing this. Amazon needs however to get its act together fast.

They are cute, but not leakproof. Will not handle even a small amount of stress incontinence. If you sneeze or lightly cough be prepared to change not only the underpants, but the outer garment, as well.

Well they got here quick but...they offer no extra padding for mild stress incontinence. Thought I could drop the panty liners.. uh no. Had to buy 3 but they won't allow me to return unopened pairs. I could have gotten much cuter panties.
