They are very erotic hot to look at.But I wanted them in black since I have light colored walls so I bought them with the premise of painting them black but here's a hint you have to primer them first because the black paint will not stick to them once the primer is dried then I did two coats of the black they look awesome just like the black in the pictures if I should decide that I want the gold again just turn them over I didn't paint the back side but very much worth the purchase
