Question 1

Does the screwdriver have a ratchet function?

Accepted Answer

Dear customer,
So glad to serve you!
Yes. This is a ratcheting screwdriver. 3-Position ratcheting mechanism enables clockwise/screwing, counter clockwise/unscrewing ratcheting and locked position (normal use) for high working speeds.
Please note that this product has two types, Multibit Ratcheting and Multibit (which is not ratcheting), be confirmed which type you get.

Sharden Support.

Question 2

I'm giving these as gifts. Is there instructions or diagrams in the box on how to extend the length?

Accepted Answer

If the adjustable shaft is important, be sure to give the non-ratcheting version. The ratchet does not have an adjustable shaft. I didn't notice any instructions, but it's pretty obvious. There's a metal ring around the neck just below the handle. Push this ring toward the handle and the shaft will slide in and out. Release the ring, and the shaft will lock at the nearest detent (notch).

Question 3

The screwdriver i received does not have an adjustable neck. the images on the product indicate there is. The product box get the correct screwdriver?

Accepted Answer

Dear Customer
Our products include Multibit Screwdriver and Ratcheting Screwdriver two type of screwdriver. The Ratcheting Screwdriver without extension shaft, the Multibit Screwdriver with extension shaft, but without ratchet function.
Please confirm whether you are buying a ratchet or a non-ratchet one.
