Obviously my old pads needed to go, or buy a new pair of headphones. Until I saw that Sennheiser makes replacement parts. Now my GSP 600's look brand new! Great price, and plenty of videos online on how to install them.

I tried these because i read they are more comfortable than original from gsp 500, no problem installing like other said but to be honest the material and build quality doenst look like original even when they do have all the labels and package saying its original, dont know i dont have a GSP600 to compare.Anyway my main problem is not the quality but how they change the way the GSP 500 sounds like, its like it encloses all the audio and defeat the open back nature of the GSP500, for me it sounded a little bit more muffled, tested on music games etc and didnt like it, is like if the headphones looses the little details and the opennes of the sound also they are a little bit thinner than the GSP500 maybe thats why they put less pressure and feel more comfy.The original earpads certainly are a little less comfy but once I put it back all the cryspy sounds and details came back again, i knew the sound will change with the GSP600 earpads but didnt expect to feel it so much and certainly i did.i will not return them because is not seller fault i just wanted to try but if you want the best sound of your GSP500 dont replace with this one unless you really cannot handle the original earpads, with the time they settle down and believe me the sound is much better with original, i guess is because the material and clothe cover are designed especifically for the open back design and sound signature.Any way you can try it by your self for me unfortunalety is a no go, is like go back to the sound quality of my 80 dollars headphones i had before.

So I have a GSP-550, which as far as ear cups go, is the same as the GSP-500, which is the same size as the GSP-600. The difference is the 500 and 550 (includes Dolby 7.1 SS) are open back and the 600 is closed back. These are the stock ear pads for the 600, which are much more comfortable than the stock pads on the 500 and 550, although the one that comes with those is more breathable.So my experience with these was pretty rocky at the start, the first pair I got was so bad they wouldn't even fit on the headset and I had to return them. The replacement I got (which I still have) were not much better than the first, but after 30-45 minutes I was able to somehow get them on the headset, though its not on there perfectly. There are also what I assume was quality control issues with them, and frankly for the price of these pads is unacceptable.So recently I was contacted that they had a bad batch and they would like to offer me replacements, so I said sure, and that's why I am rewriting my review. Which by the way, good on them for the great customer service. So these new ear pads I got don't have any of the quality control issues the other ones had. Now they were still a little tough to get on the GSP 550, but it didn't take 30 minutes to wrangle them on there, it took maybe a couple minutes tops. This new set I got is much better. Now I can recommend these to someone else, they still are a little pricey, and not the easiest to install; but a great way to make your Sennheisers much more comfortable.

It's nice to be able to buy replacement earpad cushions rather than buying whole new headphones. Over time they start to rip at the seams and/or they start to get stinky from heavy usage. And in this house, gaming is life so headphones get heavy usage.We've purchased these twice before learning how to DIY washable ear cushion covers. Google it.

It works as a replacement but depending on your usage they can last anywhere from 2-5 months in my experience (generally around 3 though).

So I saw the reviews of installing these and before I ordered I took the originals off and put it back on in about 10 seconds. These however are a complete nightmare to get on. They legit take some force and you have to try to spread that force to all 6 points.The only advice I can offer is to try to get the top and sides clipped in and then try to get the bottom in last. Maybe this was a bad batch like someone mentioned. I think the main issue is that there seems to be a foam gasket around the perimeter (probably to create a seal between the headset and ear cup. On the originals from being against the headset for 2.5 years it is pressed down pretty well. These new ones it was definitely raised up more. I wouldn't be surprised if in 2 years these are equally easy to take on and off because of that.Anyway they work fine albeit they seem slightly thinner than the old ones.

These Genuine Sennheiser GSA 601 Replacement Ear Pads Cushions are exact replacements for the GSA-601 Headphones. It takes a little pressure to reattach the pads, but once they are aligned and snapped into place they are solid. I would expect nothing less from Sennheiser. Great product!

GSP600を1年半使用し、他の方と同様に縫い目部分が破れたので購入取り付けには苦戦したが、6つあるツメのうちサイドの2つを引っかけてから反対側を押し込むとすんなり装着できた交換前に無かった密閉感が復活したのでgood耐久性に難ありそうなので星4

購入時のパッドがぼろぼろになってしまったので購入。パッドだけ交換できると、とても便利。

他の方々のレビューを参考にいろいろと試してみましたが、不器用な私では一方がハマれば一方がハズれ、を繰り返して埒が明きませんでした。業を煮やして私がとった方法は、写真のようにイヤーパッドを伏せる形で置いて、真上から少し体重をかけて押し込むというものでした。ほぼ同時にパキパキとツメがハマる音がします。破損したら別のものを買おうという覚悟でしたが、本体もそれぐらいで壊れるようなやわなつくりではないので、無事に装着することができました。それなりに力が必要ですが、あまりに力が大きすぎたり、ヘッドバンドに無理な力がかかったりすると、破損するかもしれません。

Amazonに偽物も売っており両方買ってみたのですが、やはり純正品はつけ心地がいいです。耐久面も純正品のほうが高く、少し値は高いですがトータルで考えるとこちらの純正品をオススメします。

I use these on the GSP500 headset and initially I thought it was a nice upgrade. There's a soft leathery feel to the sides and a suede feel to the top (both are artificial) with a memory foam inside which feels better on the ears.Pros:So initial thoughts, they are nice, and it's a good upgrade that definitely improves the comfort on your ears marginally.Cons:Biggest issue is that for the price, these are not designed to last. I wear my headset once in a while, maybe 1-2 times per week and these lasted less than a year before they start to come apart right where the "suede" meets the inner fabric (it is glued).It's an upgrade but the price is high. The headset should really come with a memory foam solution at this price tbh.In case you think this is a rare case, this same glue is used on the actual GSP500 headset, and I've already had the same problem on the headband where it comes unglued in the exact same way at the fabric seams. I actually glued the seams back on the headset with crazy glue and it's been holding, but it's not something you would expect at this price point for a head set.TLDR:Buy with caution. My opinion: For this price, and this level of headset from a known manufacturer like sennheiser you would expect much better quality built to last, it's just not worth it to have it fall apart so quickly.
