An invaluable companion for long term healthy living
This book cuts to the chase on healthy living, separates myth from fact and gives you practical take aways so you feel empowered to make meaningful but manageable changes to daily habits. There is a fair amount of scientific terminology but this is presented in a way which allows the less technical reader to come away with the clear messages being conveyed.

Easy to read great manual
I was looking for a book on immunity which was very current after the pandemic .i didnt want anything too complicated just simple facts Have tried a few recipes in the book and they are all good .lThis book ticks all the boxes for staying healthy .

When I first picked up Jenna's book I was looking for a trusted resource on all things nutrition and immune health and this was exactly what I was searching for. The book contains up-to-date insights and evidence-based information on how you can support yourself towards better immunity using the power of nutrition and lifestyle medicine. I found the book to be relatable, easy to digest and yet providing some great scientific insights that I didn't know before and feel empowered with a lot more knowledge and information to take with me and utilise in my own lifestyle going forwards. Would highly reccommend!
