Clarisonic Mia FIT Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush System, White

I owned one of these in the past and loved it. It lasted several years before it stopped charging. I asked for one for Christmas. I charged it and it NEVER WORKED. So, I returned it immediately, ordered another, and now this one worked for about 5 days and WILL NOT RE-CHARGE. I wish it worked because within those few days, my complexion had greatly improved. But -- there is something wrong with the current production. I no longer have the box, etc. I'd return it if at all possible.

If you do not place the unit facing forward in the charger it will continue to blink green and not fully charge. Be sure to place the unit facing to the front (the cord will be coming straight to the back of the charging stand).The small size is comfortable to use and easier to manipulate than the original style with the handle. When you turn the unit on there is a tiny number to the side of the green light letting you know if you are using”1” for soft or “2” for a slight bit more cleansing. Both settings do not twist or damage your skin and the results will be evident after you rinse your face. Highly recommend.

This item is terrible, not even a year old and will not hold a charge, was looking at reviews and it seems to be an ongoing problem. Now stuck with an expensive non working item

I purchased this replacement after almost 20 years of my former Clarisonic device finally died. However, I have attempted to register the new device for warranty purposes but it looks like the website is no longer available. How do I register this for the two warranty to be effective?

It worked great when it worked and I will get another one, but now it wont charge after only 5 uses total in 2 weeks. SAD. It is perfect size and never had a problem with this brand. Hoping the next one continues to work! Please also note this vendor will not provide for free returns. You will need to have or purchase a return box. They will provide the label to return the item.

I have used Clarisonic products for years!! I ordered this smaller version for travel. I charged it and used it for about three weeks, until the battery died. It will NOT charge at all…I am unable to use it. It’s now past the return window of 30 days. What a waste of money. I think Clarisonic was sold and none of their products have been the same. This is enough for me to move on to another product.

I’ve used a Claris sonic face brush now for about 15 years and they are amazing. My son is 14 and as any teenager, struggling with acne and so needed some thing and he’s worn out to Clarisonic brushes already. This is a slick little packable unit but it doesn’t seem as high-quality as the larger brushes, but seems to do the job That it should cost as much as it does
