Great super quiet fan but still keeping temps down

Bargain cooler. I've put this on an A6 7400K for some light gaming and it's very quiet. will post temps and fan speeds at a later date. Being budget priced, it looks like it's only had a quick run on the CNC machine to skim the mating surface, so I decided to make it smoother by rubbing it on wet-dry paper taped to a sheet of glass (my cooker hob)
