I have heard somewhere that tea were not meant to be added with milk. It always gives me a sense of discomfort in my stomach after having the regular chai. My dietician has suggested me to try green tea, without milk. Then, I landed on this ZERO BLOCK tea, which is not only a healthy option but benefitting heart as well. I tried and loved the taste. Already a fan of ZERO BLOCK brand as my papa is taking that everyday... tried this tea for myself and it has hard hitting freshness. Better than many detox tea compositions I have tried before or even people who wants to try healthy tea but dont like the taste of green tea.. they can anyday try this... Good one!

I always wanted to stop drinking milk tea as it caused acidity. Replacing that habit with Zero Block Tea has been a healthy transition.
