Q: Is it real wood where the leaves go into and Can the leaves be washed with a hose?

It is real wood. But I wouldn’t wash the leaves with a hose. They’re silk and delicate. I think a hose would cause leaves to fall out.

Yes. Just measured mine and we’re at 81 7/8

Q: What is in the pot? is it filled with dirt/stone?

It's in a small pot with faux looking hard dirt. I put the whole thing into a larger pot that I already had.It looks nice.
