Great option if MoBo doesent have rgb
The media could not be loaded. I bought this because my MoBo doesent have a connector for Rgb. Hooked it up easily and have it hidden in the back with my wires. Allows ANY pc to have rgb of any kind! And the remote lets you change the colors, fan speed etc. absolutely completed my build!

The screw to tighten the support is super tedious
The stand is very nice and functional, but I accidentally pulled the screw out of its hole, it was super tedious to reassemble it, other than that the stand works well and is very nice

Junk
Does not work with mini Atx boards and does not have universal adapters and will not work with four pin.

Economic fan and aRGB controller
The media could not be loaded. I needed a fan and aRGB controller for some case fans for up-cycle PC build where the motherboard had no aRGB pins. It was easy to hook up the power to a SATA power connection, and I did not need the motherboard connector for my application. The controller delivers and overall it works as described, but there are some nuances worth pointing out.The remote is typical of off-brand LED lights, and it works well enough, but each button will only survive so many presses before the surface of that button wears out.The stepping of the LED changes is not very fine and so some modes look a little choppy, see video. Solid color selection works as expected. Modes that have a breathing effect are smoother. The magnet on the back is a sticker that did not come aligned to the controller. I realigned it at the expense of compromising the stickiness of the magnet. I left it stuck inside the case overnight without anything plugged into it and it resulted in finding the controller on the bottom of the case and the magnet still on the side of case. The magnet stuck back on, and once connected to all the cables, it holds on the side of the case without issue. Placing the controller on the bottom or sandwiching it in the backplate (it barely fit when I tried this) would make this a non-issue as well. There were also a couple pleasant surprises, albeit with their own catches. The speed on the remote controls the fan speeds, not the speed of the LED changes. Pleasant for me because the case I went with was budget oriented, and came with 7 RGB fans. It turns out they are fairly loud. I can use the remote to set the fans one click above off which still provides plenty enough airflow without all the noise. The catch: the fan speed does not survive a power cycle so the speed needs set every time the PC powers up. If your motherboard can tell it to slow the fans down enough, that might suffice. In my case 50% fan speed only took them from ~1800RPM to ~1300RPM, so I opted for full speed and to use the remote.I tested the motherboard connection with a newer PC build that has aura sync. It replicated the instructions from the motherboard without issue, though I did not test it exhaustively. The max connection for the motherboard is 4, and I have 8 plugged into controller. It works as a solid aRGB hub and if this is your reason for looking into buying it, I think it is worth it. Also you can switch between the motherboard and the controller providing instruction using a button on the remote. The catch: if it does not receive or recognize the instruction from the motherboard the LEDs kind of freak out.Giving 4 stars because it is a bit quirky, but for the value it meets expectations.

Love it
I love it, it works great. Love all the different modes and settings that are adjustable. There is a design flaw with the pins, you almost have to push in the connectors at an angle. Managed to bend a few of the pins, luckily was able to bend them back, I wish there was plastic molding around each of the connectors making it easier to line them up when plugging in
