I had some shipping issues related to the cargo box, with UPS "losing" the first one but the second one arriving with no issues via US Postal Service. The cargo box itself is a nice product. Same quality and build as other top brand name cargo boxes I've owned. The quick detach system works very well. It has not rattles when installed and comes off quickly so there's no need to permanently keep the cargo box attached when not needed. The issue, however, is with the quick detach base that this cargo box attaches to. The base itself works great once properly installed but the mounting components (t-slot bolts) it came with were problematic and one of them failed. Some minor customization of aftermarket t-slot bolts I ordered from Amazon fixed the issues but definitely problematic straight out of the box.
