I decided to try this Electric Ear Irrigation Flushing System out instead of getting one of the cheaper systems that has a camera and tools to "dig" wax out of your ear, I am glad I decided to spend the extra money, it was well worth it. The application is very easy to install and setup, connection to the camera is a simple process too. Once set up the first thing you will do is look in your ears, you will be surprised by what you will see. It was at this point I was glad I purchased this flushing system instead of one of the others. Maneuvering "tools" in your ear to get to wax would not be very easy to do, flushing work much better. The next step is to add water and flush. This is a very simple process just remember two things. 1. Put the provided container under your ear before you start to flush and 2. make sure to use warm water, not hot just body temperature. I did this flushed one ear and got a phone call after my phone call I went back to flush the other ear. The water had cooled off to room temperature, about 78 and right away I found out why they tell you to use warm water. The cooler water did not hurt but I could tell it made me feel slightly dizzy, I imagined what it would feel like if the water was really cold. Over all I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it highly.

I have been using this Ear Wax Removal Tool for a while now and I'm impressed with the clarity of the view I see inside my ear canal on the App. Since the camera is so close to the eardrum, I was concerned that the image might be very blurry at best. I was concerned for nothing. It's best to be able to see what is inside of the ear that might be causing hearing problems. The end of the part going into the ear has a light that allows for more visibility. I have hearing aids so ear cleanliness is important to me for being able to hear what is happening around me. I downloaded the App and was amazed at how easily the pairing went. The Tool has 4 settings for how strong you want the water to hit the inside of the ear. You should use warm water to improve the effectiveness of the Tool and the container holds enough water to do a full cleaning. In my investigation of ear cleaning products, I was amazed at what is out there to purchase. I think many of the products can actually do damage to the inside of the ear or the eardrum. This Tool sprays water gently and you can increase the intensity of the water spray. I highly recommend this Ear Wax RemovalTool.

I bought this because I wanted a camera to be able to see how healthy my ears are and to be able to use water to clean them instead of a scraper that could potentially hurt my ear drum. I was afraid the water would be too strong but even the highest setting was gentle enough! It works very well, and it's easy to use and set up. It doesn't use Bluetooth so it may be tricky for people that use devices that connect via WiFi. It comes with instructions so it was easy to figure out. It's not just a great way to clean, but it's also great to check your own ears. You can see if your ears are irritated, red, itchy, or have too much wax. It helped me learn a lot more about my ears and how to take care of them! Just make sure to follow the instructions and use the right temperature water. Also the app on the phone has a feature that mirrors the video to help you switch between ears. The camera is pretty clear and you can use it without attaching the bottle of water.

This little gadget is fantastic! It removed the impacted wax in spouse's right ear within a second or two. He'd tried many other wax removal methods before, this is the one that actually worked. The camera is good quality, high resolution.For those complaining about it needing access to wifi and not using bluetooth - that's because it's transmitting video. Bluetooth can't handle high-resolution video. It is its own little wifi transmitter, your phone connects to it. Just like a GoPro or other video device. It's not trying to take over your network. You do have to go to the Settings on your phone and connect to it, then jump back to the app. Instructions are not overly clear on that (surely someone in China can write proper English, one wonders why they didn't consult with them). It's simply Open App, Turn device on, go to Settings/WiFi, Connect to device, go back to App, see what the camera is showing. Easy. Very happy with this purchase.

Piece of junk!! Would not charge with included power cord. Tried 2 of my own power cords and still wouldn't charge. Return for refund.

I have a teen with an over abundance of wax. It was never an issue until it was and he couldn’t hear out of one ear. We got a camera with a removal took first and that didn’t work. I couldn’t get the wax out as it was really stuck in there and I was worried about perforating his eardrum. Next we tried the softening drops and blue bulb, that worked a bit, and I think actually helped this to work so well. Finally, I ordered this and wasn’t sure if I needed the one with the camera or just the cleaner, I opted for the camera obvs. It works great. I had the block out almost immediately. I do think the softening we did on that wax helped us get to this place. I really glad we bought this. I feel we can use this monthly to keep the blockage from happening again. Not sure we really needed the camera. So could have saved a little bit either way, I’m glad I have the device overall.
