Very good quality - certainly better than the standard multi gyms you can buy. Takes quite a while to put together as you would expect but has decent instructions so no problems if you take your time.

Many Issues with this machine,First many of the holes in the brackets and the stabilisers for the bench were drilled inaccurately many holes would not line up without additional persuasion and the rear stabiliser for the bench was drilled with the wrong centre width between the holes, luckily i have a drill press and was able to drill new holes and get it to work, but id imagine most people would have it a dead end right there.Secondly the very reason i bought this machine was because of the smith machine, the "bearings" are nothing more than very cheap plastic sleeves that slip into the "glide brackets" as there is a lot of play in the "bearings" if you put uneven upward force on one side of the bar the hole bar wracks and this adds additional friction in my opinion making it unusable. I would also say that it makes the machine very dangerous as when i first tested the machine i tried to do a squat with a small weight just 40kg and found that due to this friction the hooks that secure the bar with a twist action could not find the holes in the upright bars, i had to awkwardly wiggle my way from under and lower the bar if i had tried this with a higher weight im convinced i would have injured myself quite seriously.Considering the machine is designed to let you lift heavy weight alone safely id say it is more dangerous than free weights.There were also missing plastic sleeves in one of the supports brackets.It took around 5 hours to assemble all in all and to be honest i would gladly return if possible as it is clearly not fit for purpose and dangerous.

Absolutely great piece of kit which i've used daily since purchase in May 2018 - listing over 300,000 KG already (As of today). It took about 5 hours to assemble (alone) of which the first hour was simply unboxing and laying out in a logical order. Wide range of exercises can be done with the standard kit supplied covering all muscle groups with only a couple of suggestions / improvements (Doesn't stop this getting 5 stand as the value is still outstanding);(1) Buy a Tricep Pull Down Rope - This opens up a few new exercises (Tricep Rope Pull Downs, Face Pulls, Rear Deltoid Rope Pull Downs etc...)(2) Don't use the supplied leg cuffs - one metal ring for the weight with velcro to the leg. Replace with some with two rings which clip to the hook with velcro only to tighten.(3) Replace the screw clips with some decent spring snap hooks (Makes changing bars etc. much quicker and easier)All in all - absolutely love it.

Was a tad nervous reading one of the previous reviewers comments regarding the stiff smith machine part of the kit. And, I too had same issue once built. With no added weight in the jar it was keep jamming on the stabilising pole. I rang the company who supplied it and they said to simply add some lubricant like WD40. I did and it works amazing. Really smooth, no issues at all. If the previous reviewer had looked into why the smith machine was getting jammed he might have found a solution like I did. It's a heavy moving part so makes sense to add some lubricant to it. Took 4 hours to build, was fun doing and have used every work out on it. Pec deck needs to have cable shortened as it doesn't engage with the weights until almost half way through a rep but that's an easy fix. Should be something that they change in the production of it going forward because it is an issue but as there's other exercises on this it isn't really an issue. Really please with it and so glad I don't have to drive to a gym. Very very sturdy and very smooth

Macchina completa come poche. Rapporto qualità/prezzo unico per questa categoria. Ottima qualità dei componenti. Quasi tutta in acciaio. Molto stabile e robusta. Bilancere con supporto guidato e blocchi di sicurezza sui binari regolabili in varie altezze. Consiglio un pò di WD40 per i binari per una migliore scorrevolezza. Compatibile con dischi da 25 mm e da 50 mm. tramite adattatori. Permette di fare ogni esercizio total body. Dopo alcuni anni passati in palestra nei weekend mi sono deciso, anche se non ero molto convinto, e l'ho comprata. Risultato: faccio tutti gli esercizi che facevo in palestra ad eccezione della sbarra, ma che si può facilmente sostituire con la barra Lat e puleggia alta, costo benzina zero, tanto tempo risparmiato, la uso solo io. Niente di meglio, grazie Fitnessdigital!

Buena máquina, se ve sólida y de calidad, las poleas giran correctamente, muy completa, recomendadada, no incluye las pesas, el montaje puede ser tedioso pero esta muy bien explicado con su manual en castellano.

Primero. El montaje entre dos personas te llevará 5-6 horas.Segundo. El banco es robusto.. pero si mides inferior a 1.75 cm la sujeción de la pierna no es nada funcional.. ya que no llegas a tener buena sujeción. Ese es mi caso. Mido 1.65 cm y me es difícil hacer curl femoral y extensión de cuádriceps.Tercero. Si quieres hacer press militar con apoyado en el respaldo es imposible ya que te pegarias con la barra en la cabeza.. por lo que hay que habar el respaldo y estabilidad poca. Y si eres un poco alto, al subir los brazos pegarias en el tope de la barra guillada.Cuarto. He tratado de trabajar con la polea baja.. de pie.. para hacer sentadilla frontal.. y me lleve la máquina unos cuantos centímetros hacia mi. Por lo que es necesario cubrir el suelo con gomas antideslizantes.Quinto. El servicio de transporte te deja la mercancía en la calle. Casi 100 kg de carga. He tenido suerte y me la dejaron en el portal porque llevaban carretilla y pues supongo que dos metros más no tendría que batallar habiendo una carretilla. Si fuera a pulso lo entendería. Por el precio que se trae y el peso .. podrían mejorar el transporte al menos en el portal del edificio.Sexto. Por el precio elijo está maquina y me quito del gimnasio que siempre está abarrotado y nunca hay maquinas disponible. En un año está mas que amortizada.
