I bought a 2 pack of these cold packs on Amazon a year and half ago, and they’ve spent their entire lives either in the freezer or on a body part- thankfully, most of the time in the freezer. And I have to say, these shave proven to be reliable, well made, well designed, and effective. They are well sealed along the edges so there’s been no leaks. And the soft velvety material on one side and thick vinyl material on the other have shown literally no wear and look as good as new. And that’s despite sometimes being exposed to sticky, frosty freezer conditions. The gel inside doesn’t get hard as a rock and remains pliable even if frozen for long periods of time. This makes these perfect for their intended use - icing aching or injured body parts. These packs are thin and pliable as a result, perfect for wrapping or molding around the shape of an aching human body parts. The only possible downside is that as a result of this thinness, they do warm up fairly quickly from prolonged exposure to body heat. So having two or more helps in rotating them in and out of the freezer to keep a cold one handy at all times. Honestly, these are awesome and well worth the price. I can see them lasting a very long time after repeated use, so they represent a good value. Highly recommended, especially for athletes.

These cover most of my lower back from side to side and stay cold for about half an hour then cool for another half an hour. I like the ones with the soft side because I dont have to wrap them in a towel. These are large and lovely. Definitely recommended if youre a frequent icer.

These are nicely made, freeze quickly and the cover is very soft and comfortable. Perfect size for my hand injury as I can cover from palm to mid-wrist. Do wish they had more of the gel inside as they’re very thin and don’t stay cold very long. I bought these as a backup/travel option so they’re fine for that, but for longterm use I’ll keep looking for something heavier.

Love how effective these are. Felt side keeps them from freezing your skin. I had static nerve pain and the ability to always have a cold one was amazing. Sciatic pain is gone.

These are amazing! After I fractured my leg, I used these for weeks. The "soft" side of this allows you to put it next to the skin without needing a towel or anything else. They get super cold and last a solid 20 or so minutes before it's time to put it back into the freezer. My mother-in-law used this for a sore knee when she visited and ended up buying some for herself! Everyone should have for recoveries!

These are thin and didn’t stay cold very long.

There are really nice ice packs. They are soft fabric on one side and thick plastic on the other. They seam very durable, even to sit on and they hold the cold a while. Good size. Easy to use.

Quality ice pack! Perfect size for neck or back. One side has a soft fabric and the other side has no fabric. This allows for control of how cold it will be on the skin. Colder on the side with no fabric. can also be heated in the microwave to create a hot pack. Happy with purchase!

doesn't freeze rock hard so conforms to area wrap it on. very nice soft covering on the one side to be next to skin. the two pack is awesome so you always have another cold one ready to go. they freeze quickly. will likely order the larger one also. super value for a good product

Only after second use. It leaked and made a big mess everywhere. Also was only 3 shipped not the 4 paid for.

These packs are what I expected. The fabric side of them are less cold or less hot than the side that face tye skin whether I am using them as ice pack or cold pack; this allows me to hold the pack without being affected by the temperature of the pack.
