this phone was like new when it arrived and worked great

Hello all, When I opened the package, I thought they shipped me brand new iphones by mistake. I bought 2 of these, 1 for me and 1 for my Wife, and I am just astonished by how nice they both are. I really scrutinized both phones very closely for any sign at all that they are both not brand new. I could not find as much as a tiny tiny little imperfection at all! Also my battery health is 100%. Wooo Hooo!! I backed up our previous iphones to iCloud, I then moved the sim cards from our last iphones into our new ones. Using the Quick Start feature to transfer data and set up our new phones was a real snap. Our new phones were up and running, or should I say purring...in no time at all. One word of advice, be sure you have all of your current passwords, because you will need them to complete the set up. I can say without a doubt, I will never buy a brand new iphone again. Oh wait, did I mention I thought these were new....LOL

I got this nearly four months ago to replace my iPhone 6, which had horrible battery life. Because of that, I was disappointed when the testing revealed that the "new" phone had 84% max battery capacity remaining. I charged it up and gave it a chance, though, and I must say it did not disappoint. As far as I can tell, everything works just fine, although I didn't try the fingerprint reader. It looks good, too, with just a few minor scratches on the screen (and I can't see them when the screen is on).Update: It’s been about ten months, now, since I received the phone, and it is still serving me well. The Battery Health app reports that it is at 83% of max capacity. Still happy with my purchase!

I have been using this phone for several weeks and it has done just fine. I is exactly what I needed. I use my phone for texting and making phone calls. Any other uses that require looking things up are done on my iPad. The phone allows me to create a hotspot if I am where I don't have WiFi. I loved that with my old phone and love it with this one. All is good for now......hopefully it will keep being that way. I did not use fingerprint reader. The touch screen was great until i installed a shield but I'll give up the perfect touch screen for the safety of my phone screen.

Received renewed iphone 7 plus the next day after placing order. iphone appears to be new with no visible scratches or blemishes on screen or case. I would give it a 5 star review but would like to have a couple of weeks using it to see if all functions do work as I would expect. So far A+ and 5 star.

I had this phone a week now and really like it, set up was easy, size is great, touch screen is awesome and works great! The only issue I had was with the FIND MY APP (specifically the people Tab) due to the phone being manufactured in Korea they are not allowed to track people, Apple support verified that function is not available on this phone. That was a deal breaker as I have family members with medical conditions that need to be located, I had to return the phone.

I needed an reasonably current iPhone to replace an aging iPod and an old pay as you go T-Mobile phone. The price was good and the phone looks like new. T-Mobile cloned my old sim card to a small sim. I put the mini-sim into the phone and it worked immediately. I was able to back up my old iPod using iTunes and was able to restore it to the iPhone 7 Plus without any issues. My photos and old Apps transferred without any issues. It only required a few setting tweaks. The seller shipped it out much faster than I expected. I had it in 4 days with no premium shipping charges.
