Worked for less than a year. Motor went out completely. Supposed to have a 2 year warranty but there’s no contact info for the seller after you buy the product!

We wanted a bathroom in the center of our warehouse but did not want to tear up concrete. This solved our issue and has been working great since we installed a month ago. We just use it for a toilet and sink. This was a good solution for us. 5 STARS

This unit is nicely made, the instructions are clear and straightforward.The unit works well taking waste from a stationary travel trailer on my property and pumping it about 50 feet to the main soil pipe drain of my house.It eliminates the need for periodically having the waste tank pumped out saving cost and inconvenience.Some imagination may be required to make connections depending on your application.

We added a partial bathroom to the basement. I went with this option mainly for price, and got what I paid for. 2 of them, both garbage! The pump stopped working on the first one after about 2 months, and the second one had to be manually triggered after 2 weeks, and would not kick on automatically. Needless to say, you get exactly what you pay for, don't waste your time on these units. And no, nothing was put down the toilet except water and human waste.

Had some reservations regarding this purchase as it was 1/3 the price of the one I was replacing. I had to make a couple of size changes to the drains feeding the pump but otherwise it worked as expected and hoped for. I’ve been using it about a month now with no issues.
