This infrared sauna tent exceeded my expectations. Setup was quick and easy, and the frame feels sturdy and well-made. The interior space is comfortable, with excellent heat retention and privacy once fully zipped. The infrared heating warms up fast and produces a great sweat. After each session, I feel more relaxed and less tense, especially in my shoulders and back. It’s been very helpful for relieving fatigue and improving overall relaxation. The built-in light is a nice touch and makes it convenient to use at night. Overall, this is a great at-home sauna solution that saves both time and money. Excellent value for the price and highly recommended.

Amazing sauna. I've gotten this brands steam sauna before and really like it. Their customer service is good so I wanted to try this infrared one. It was easy to set up and gives a different sensation than the steam. Its like the heat is coming from within the body. It gives you a good sweat after some time sitting in there. I'm starting to like this brand.

I’m at month 8 of usage. So far so good! Only thing I’m noticing is the heat seems to “stop” for about 1-3 mins randomly then it kicks back on. Not sure what that’s about.

This is solid. It’s not very tall which I prefer. It has a very comfortable chair and was super easy to install. The window is nice and it has a pocket to hold your phone. I put it outside and I probably shouldn’t but I have a roof over it, so it won’t get wet and I’m looking for something to fill a gap til I invert in a permanent sauna. It doesn’t get necessarily particularly hot but I stay 20-30m and get a rolling sweat which is my goal so for me this works. The only thing I wish it did that it doesn’t is show the temp inside. It shows the temp you are aiming for but not how how it actually gets.

Heats up fast. Gets really hot and make the sweat pour off. I am 6’ and 250 pounds and it’s a little tight but not uncomfortable

Like all the other reviews it was easy to assemble. The whole family used it the first day and loved it. Went to use it the next day and my son noticed it wasn't getting very warm and it was showing E in place of temp. Tried unplugging and plugging back in. Would work for a few mins and error again. Contacted the company and try sent out a new controller. My husband had to remove the old one and install this once, which wasn’t stupid hard but I know someone like my mom couldn’t have done it and it’s is frustrating that we had to do it at all. It’s been fixed for 2 days now and I seems to be working fine except that I can’t get the temp above 106. I even turned on the bathroom heater (we have the sauna located in our guest shower) to see if raising the room temp would help it get hotter. I obviously sweat, but feel like I’m probably not getting the full benefits with the temp so low. Is this normal? Are my expectations for a home sauna too high?

Il calore infrarosso è avvolgente e piacevole, raggiunge rapidamente la temperatura desiderata (fino a 65°C) e le 6 piastre riscaldanti distribuiscono il calore in modo uniforme su tutto il corpo. Un grande punto a favore è il cuscino riscaldante per i piedi, che rende l’esperienza ancora più confortevole, soprattutto dopo allenamenti intensi per gambe e schiena. Anche la luce calda LED contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera rilassante e quasi meditativa. In 20–30 minuti si suda moltissimo e si avverte una sensazione di leggerezza, rilassamento muscolare e benessere generale. El diseño de este sauna infrarroja portátil es sencillo, elegante y queda muy bien en cualquier rincón de la casa. Se monta y se guarda con mucha facilidad, sin complicaciones. El calor se nota rápido y es muy agradable, ideal para relajarse después de un día largo o tras hacer ejercicio. Las placas de calentamiento están bien distribuidas y la almohadilla para los pies añade un extra de comodidad. La luz LED crea un ambiente muy relajante. Es perfecta para disfrutar de un momento de descanso en casa de forma cómoda y práctica.

Super easy to set up. Took my brain a second to make sense of the photos in the instructions, but once I figured it out, it was dead simple. It was shorter than I expected. I'm 6' and it's closer to 5'8"-ish. I wasn't so sure how it was going to go at first. Once I put everything together and found a spot, all that was left was to try it out. It.....gets....hot. I absolutely love it. It makes you sweat more than a.........this is a family show. I'll leave it there. It's very compact and the little seat it comes with is just fine. Like I said, at 6' tall I was worried about fitting but there really is no issue. The point is to get the sweat going. You're not in there trying to fly a kite. It's a small space for a reason. Just get in, relax and enjoy. I have noticed others mention that it seems to cool down after a time. I prefer a good 30-35min. session and I have had it cool slightly. To rectify this I either opened the door or window for a minute to cool the sauna, or I've also taken to tucking the sensor wire behind the led light. Both options seem to get it back up to heat relatively quickly. That would be my only complaint. I intend to reach out to the manufacturer or Amazon for a solution. It does emit a plastic smell as others have mentioned, however I put it outside on my back deck for 3 hours and ran it with the door open a little. That seems to have alleviated the issue. I have only had the system for less than a week at this point, so longevity is still unknown. I will update once I have more miles on it. In the meantime, I recommend this unit and hope it has a long lifespan. UPDATE: I spoke with customer service because it seemed that the heat would drop at times. They explained that after an initial 10 minute rapid heat the system adjusts to keep the heating plate from being damaged too quickly. The tent itself also dissipates heat so if you're in a colder area it will lose heat more rapidly than in a warm space. I have mine set up in a basement storage room with a concrete floor. This is all to say that Customer Service is awesome and very helpful.

Ich war schon etwas länger auf der Suche nach einer kleinen Sauna für mich zu Hause, so dass ich sogar meine Dusche zu einer Dampfsauna umgebaut und abgedichtet habe. Aber der wirkliche Saunaeffekt ist so nie wirklich aufgekommen, so dass ich dann immer weiter auf der Suche gewesen bin und dann endlich mal auf dieses Produkt gestoßen bin. Um es kurz zu machen. Die Sauna ist wirklich echt gut und man kommt ganz schön ins schwitzen. Man hat den Saunaeffekt auf jeden Fall hier dabei. Sie ist zwar recht klein, daher heizt sie sich auch wirklich schneller auf als so manch größere Infrarot Sauna, die in so machen Sportstudios zu finden sind. Ich hab den Eindruck, dass diese Sauna hier sogar besser und wärmer wird, auch schneller wärmer wird, so dass der Saunaeffekt bereits nach 20 Minuten gut eingetroffen ist. Das aufheizen geht recht schnell, so dass man sich eigentlich beim Einschalten auch direkt rein setzen kann. Was natürlich dann auch wieder den Stromersparnis mit sich bringt. Ich bin also wirklich positiv überrascht, dass diese kleine Sauna hier so gut funktioniert, so dass die für mich jetzt sogar einen Dauer Standplatz im Haus bekommen hat. Also für den Preis wirklich mal sehr gut und wer eine Sauna sucht wie ich und möchte, der hat hier mit dieser infrarot Sauna auf jeden Fall eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen. Ich kann diese Sauna für diesen Preis wirklich nur empfehlen. Alles andere macht auch keinen Sinn mit Dampfbad und so weiter das kann man sich alles sparen. Hier das Produkt ist wirklich für Saunaerlebnis gemacht und wär gerne richtig schwitzen will den wird das absolut ausreichen.
