Great closet organizer! My prior wall system fell down but this system holds all my clothes with room to spare. It lives up to the sturdiness described and you can attach to the wall for more stability. I chose the color white and the installation was super easy. I had one minor issue and customer service took care of it immediately. Very happy with this purchase!

Our new house has 3 large closets in the primary bedroom, and only 1 of them actually has any type of closest system! Who would just leave 2 closets as empty storage rooms is beyond me. lol. But I digress, the upstairs closet (it's a 2 story room) is the one I'm going to use as my primary closet, and it has low sloped roof angles. Anyone who has ever dealt with a house with dormers will understand. So I was looking for something cost effective (since I have to do this twice over) and flexible to address the roof height. I bought 2 different Vipek units, primarily because they literally fit like a glove in the space- other than the height. To address that, I measured how much shorter I needed the top pole sections where the roof slopes down. Then I put a piece of masking tape around them and marked with a sharpie where to cut. We easily (like 30 seconds) them with a hack saw, and gave them a little file to smooth the cut. Then you pop the little top cap out of the piece you just cut off, and stick it in the part you are keeping, and WHA-LA! Once it was secured to the wall in the studs, it's very secure. I've had closet systems fall before, so this seemed like a better option, plus you don't need to put so many holes in the wall. In the future I might make some wood lay-overs to hide the wire shelves and create a higher-end smooth shelf look, but this is good for now. I did have to take things apart and re-configure a couple of times, but that was mostly me just trying to figure out the ceiling height thing, and where shelves should fit accordingly. I wanted the gold color, but the shorter section I needed only came in white, which was a little bit of a bummer. Also, just so you're aware if you're trying to piece together multiple pieces from the line like I was, I discovered, the shelves don't connect the same on all the units. Anything with 2 shelves straight across from each other instead of staggered can not be changed. They have to be configured in one straight line. Likewise, on any model with staggered shelves, you can not place the shelves even with each other. I have installed much more complicated wall-mounted closet systems before (and seen them fail eventually), and this was so much easier. Plus I like that if I change my mind, there are only 8 small holes in the wall to patch. Overall, I would use this system again for the third closet that I still need to do.
