Doesn't smell, it is actually the only food that my cat doesn't vomit up every couple of days! Since I replaced his cat food he has had one incident and he just barfed up water. Being an older cat that drinks from the sink have to limit the minutes he drinks at the sink to 3 minute max at a time! With true solutions it has been so nice compared to other cat food not having him barf every couple of days along with controlling his water intake, which he doesn't like !

My cat would eat this plain, if she could. She has an “overweight” condition. If she eats dry cat food, lack of moisture makes it get stuck prior to her stomach. Then she ends up regurgitating everything she just ate. If she eats canned food, it doesn’t happen. She loves this Blue Buffalo food so much, I tried adding water to it, to see if making it would make it so she could eat it. Nope, she ate it, then about five or ten minutes later she began to throw-up. She really hates that, and runs around trying to get away from that stuff that made her throw-up! And I gave it to her so I get to clean it up.

Working well for my 12 year old girl cat. Her health has improved and she is moving around the house more since she started eating Blue Buffalo True Solutions Digestive Care for adult cats. Thank you

Bought this because my fabulous feline was throwing up too often. Definitely helped significantly with that issue. There is a caveat. This food REALLY assists digestion. Start to finish. If you see your little gremlin heading for the cat box - RUN! Absolutely FIERCE bms. And enormous. Sorry so graphic, but be prepared. I just take it as a sign that her whole system is now just processing at a better level. 🐾🐾🐾
