This is a great supplement it works better than others I’ve tried. I use it for joint pain. This definitely has helped with that. I will be sticking with this brand from now on. There products are great

I received the product undamaged. The top was a bit screwy, but after some readjusting it worked properly. It's one of the child protective tops where you have to push down, however it wasn't aligned right so the top kept catching regardless. The gummies were sealed with the safety seal which is always a good sign. The gummies themselves were very rich in flavor and tastes very much like peach mango lemon. I can even taste the turmeric, which I like. It's so rich I think I can do maybe 2 of these a day, however the suggested amount on the bottle says to take 4 of these a day. They're delicious so I guess I don't mind that too much. You'll get a month supply since there's 120 gummies in total and you would be taking 4 a day. Turmeric is so good for you and these are good gummies, so I may consider re-filling these gummies if I feel a difference in energy and overall health.

These are great curcumin gummies. They taste, are low sugar, and contain a nice amount of curcumin with 250mg per 4 gummy serving.That being said, the dose of curcumin is a bit low in my opinion. Optimal dose of curcumin is 500-1000mg per serving, AND you need bioperine to enhance absorption. So the 4 gummies for just 250mg doesn't quite cut it.Good capsules contain 500mg+ curcumin on average and piperine for enhanced bioavailability, so they are a more effective choice.Overall - these are great curcumin gummies, but be aware that they are less effective and lower dose than encapsulated curcumin supplements.

I was recently recommended by my doctor to add turmeric to my daily intake. These gummies are perfect since I don’t mind eating them daily. The flavor is pretty strong and you taste the peach, mango and lemon flavors as well as a slight turmeric taste which are all wonderful together. I find the gummy texture to be a bit more on the tougher side and not as squishy as regular gummies. They are also not chewy so they break down pretty fast. I did notice it sticks in my teeth after chewing. I do feel this is a good value as you get 120 in the bottle and it’s recommended you take 4 a day. I have been able to take these daily without any adverse effects. I do find it’s a good way to add turmeric. MaryRuth's uses great ingredients I can feel safe ingesting.
