Works fine. Looks nice.
There is a short video on the Amazon site that is more helpful than anything in the instructions.None of the 3 caps provided fits any of the soap bottles that I had on hand. One did fit a 500 ml Pepsi bottle, and I think it will also fit a larger 2 liter softdrink bottle. The nice blue cap they show in the picture is not included.Once I got it all installed, I tried pumping to get the soap to dispense. After pumping until my arm was ready to fall off, I pulled the pump head up, removed the tube and sucked on the tube for a second longer than I should have. Took a while and lots of water to get the soap taste out of my mouth, but after reattaching the tube, the pump works fine.I left off a star because the instructions were useless.

perfectly fit my sink
the color is almost the same as the sink, I like the style, after a week of use, it still works perfect, i use it for hand soap, no leakage and the suction is very good, it is enough for me with one pump, also, it is easy to clean.

Recommend!
Just received and installed this soap dispenser, super easy to install and fits well with the big Costco dish wash soap that I usually use. not bad for a price.

Amazing quality
This thing is made very well. If you told someone it was a $200 grohe dispenser, they would have no reason not to believe you.

Good Quality...Took a Bit to Figure Out
The media could not be loaded. My last dispenser was rusted so decided to replace it. Had a difficult time drawing the soap up the hose at first but eventually got it after multiple tries. The pump itself looks nice in my kitchen and is very useful. Better looking than my previous pump.

It works but getting it primed took longer than expected
When I first opened the box and noticed the hose was tie wrapped with kinks in the hose I thought it was going to be a struggle to get them out. Surprisingly that wasn't the case. They instantly were gone. It was easy to install. It comes with both some stick on clips to hold the hose out of the way and several caps that can screw onto the bottle of soap. I used the brand with the duck on the front (I'm not sure if Amazon would like me to use the name) and there was a cap that screwed onto the bottle nicely. The only real difficulty was getting the soap to be drawn up the hose. I started off just pumping the dispenser and it went about half way up then struggled. I raised the bottle of soap and it helped some. Finally I used the hard plastic tube with the hose disconnected to prime the dispenser from a different bottle of soap. I had to do it twice, swapping from priming it then switching to the hose to pull soap up towards the dispenser. Once it's primed it works just fine. I would not wait until no soap comes out of the dispenser before swapping out the bottle of soap so I don't have to do the priming process over again.

Feels very high end, nice and solid, and it works (after a bunch of priming)
This thing feels like a million bucks, and looks great too. It feels exceptionally solid, and would go well with a high end faucet. I was a bit doubtful about this working, but since it also comes with a short hose and i have an extra soap bottle, i figured I'd try it out. When you know the trick, it's easy to useThe truck that found was for the first time you use it, fill the hose first. You can try this before putting it in, so you can set the soap higher, or if you waited till after you completed the install, fill the hose with water then start pumping until the soap comes out. You'll waste a bit of soap like this, but once the hose is full the pump works fine. It's really nice to connect this to a big bottle if soap so you don't have to climb under the sink to change it.
