This customized cartouche is high quality and just beautiful! I ordered two, for my daughters. I requested double sided, on one side the name in English and on the back side in hieroglyphics. I wanted to verify that I got my order correctly, before they customize it and the customer service messaged me immediately and was very nice, confirming I got everything right. I love how they came out!

Make sure you click the right style like I thought it was understood one side is hieroglyphics other side is English nope I only paid for the characters and other side is solid flat untouched bar. It is a beautiful piece. The free chain is thin and has not changed colors. Not breaking out I'm pleased
