The product is exactly what it claims to be. It's very sturdy, and much easier to install than I thought it would be. Youtube is fantastic. I have contacted the owner of DIY Cartel on 2 occasions, probably 8 months apart. He responds immediately. There is no 3-5 day wait, with some vague, or automated response. He responded both times within an hour. On one occasion I needed to put some plans together for a piping kit that he didn't have. He gave me his direct phone number, I called, and we talked through some ideas, and then e-mailed some drawings. If you have any questions, or want to try something different, call him. He will make it work, nd put a kit specific to your project together.I'm a sucker for quality customer service. If a company doesn't have any, I don't complain, I just take my business elsewhere. This guy takes his company, and his customers serious. I couldn't ask for better service. You can see the project I did for my wife (yes, all Chip and Johanna Gains). It took no times to assemble the pieces.I will definitely be a returning customer to finish the laundry room project I discussed with him.I only write positive reviews for companies, but only if they are very deserving. If you do the bare minimum, or just meet my expectations, I don't see a reason to write a review. If you exceed my expectations and go above and beyond the minimum - I'll write a review. This guy earned my time for a review, and my continued business.

First, the product. I used it in our pantry to support an usually long shelf that was beginning to warp due to the weight of things on it. I put it together and installed it very easily. It looks great, gives the shelving some interest, and most importantly, it is sturdy and supports the shelves well. But that isn’t even the most important point....This seller has the best customer service. The set comes with a 2 inch pipe threaded on both ends that fits at the elbow going up toward the shelf. I needed extra elevation, so I emailed the seller who told me he had three inch pipe and would send it my way immediately. And he did. It showed up shortly and fit my needs perfectly. Great product, great service. I wish all sellers had this customer service ethic.

I was so excited to use these brackets in my bathroom remodel project. They definitely did not disappoint! They are strong and sturdy and give this project added interest and character! DIY Cartel is so great to work with. They answered all my questions quickly and kindly. They were so great! Love this product and the service! I’d definitely use their products again in future projects.

Excellent quality industrial pipes that are heavy duty! I plan to use them to make an industrial floating shelf for my bathroom remodel! I am absolutely impressed with the material and would definitely recommend them for any DIY projects!

These brackets are industrial grade & real deal! I bought 4 brackets to make 2 floating shelves in our bathroom. They look great! We did clear coat them because they are in our bathroom. Super easy to set up and install.

DIY Cartel has the best items hands down! Not only are they affordable, but their items are well made and I can't wait to install these with my shelf! The shipping is super fast as well.

Picture is misleading. You only get one pipe set. You have to buy two to get the pair needed to for a regular shelf. Price is two expensive since only getting one. I would cost me $100 for hardware for two shelves. I returned and bought the pieces individual pieces from online pipe store and got enough hardware for 3 shelves for $40.
