The media could not be loaded. To be honest I had my doubts before I actually got to see and touch this product and the next minute I am a fan! Why not? I was the first one to post a review and buying something of amazon after reading 1000 reviews, this was a tough one for me! However I read about the InstaCuppa’s other products review about the product quality and service and I decided to went ahead over Morphy Richards 20-bar after retuning the “Horrible” Agaro 20-bar 1350W espresso machine which was nothing but horribly packed and misleading plastic built!!!🥹 It’s beautiful, sleek, just the right weight, premium feel to it and I can keep going on!!I made my first double shot espresso with it and have to say, Bye-Bye Starbucks! 😪⚡️It’s quick, it’s super-fast! I powered on and in like less than 30 sec the machine was up and heated for my espresso - even my CCD machine in office take more than couple of minutes to heat up!🛠️ The built quality is sturdy and it’s stainless steel + plastic, but it’s excellent how it’s been built!📺 The LED controls looks premium and have really good feedback and response to it!🔍The porta filters looks nice and heavy too, it’s a little tight to put it but I guess that will loose up with time.🫙 Also I received a free Coffee Frothing Jar as a welcome gift from InstaCuppa which is so thoughtful and has surely won my love for InstaCuppa.❤️Today was just the first cup but I think it’s just the beginning! Will keep brewing and keep updating in couple of days about how amazingly it’s going. 👋🤞🏼

The machine is poor quality Chinese made branded by instacuppa. Stopped working in 5 months with water leaking from the machine. Have raised an issue with the company and have returned the machine. Still awaiting for the refund.

All my points below aside, it does the job, and is quite tiny. Hence I am a mostly happy customer. Will probably go for a full 58mm portafilter compatible machine when I look to replacing this.The devices fails to mention a few crucial points in its design specifications.It uses a pressurized filter basket, hence there is a bit of a compromise with the flavour, but it makes puck prep less of a bottleneck.Its filter baskets can hold a maximum of around 13-15 grams of coffee, if you honour the max level line on the filter baskets. Hence not very good if you're making doubt shots.The steam wand spits out a jet of hot water for a couple of seconds when you try to steam something after just turning on the machine, it starts ejecting steam after a while, and when it does start ejecting steam, it isn't dry like one would expect lots of water sputtering, and the flow is quite inconsistent.Also the amount of water it pushes through the pick when selecting the double shot option is assuming you use a 1:3 ratio for your coffee. And as there is no space for a medium sized scale on its drip tray, it becomes quite tricky to dial in your shots. Have to use a timer

A espresso coffee machine that provides a near barista quality coffee at home.The machine is fairly small and comes with two sizes of portafilter for producing either a stronger coffee or two cups at once. There is a scoop provided for filling and tamping the ground coffee in the filter -Using the machine is fairly simple with the touch control at the top. You can use this to produce a coffee just how you want it, especially with the adjustable milk wand on the right-hand side. In total, it takes around 1 minute from start to finish to make a quality cup of coffee.

Product worked properly for about a week. Then machine went dead. Repeated messages to instacuppa resulted in no response. Very poor quality Chinese make. Beware. Buy a European make instead. Still waiting for some response from customer support.Luckily Amazon arranged for a return.

Best in coffee making. Best in quality. Worth buying. Definitely recommend.

The machine is topnotch although you can not use a bottomless portafilter, other than that the machine is awesome 👏 cheers to the makers 🫶🏻

Pathetic. Water started leaking from bottom as soon as i filled the tank for first time. Couldn't even use the machine once and had to return the same
