My set did not come with the garter belts, but this set is fine. The chain is a cheaper light metal, but I guess it's just for looks. You will need a friend potentially to get this on though. The hook for the neck is not entirely easy to get on or off just the hook part you need a little help with. The same with the back chain you might need someone to help you hook that back chain as it's almost like a back necklace. The belt is the same. I got a large and I'm 5'1 and 137 lb and it fit fine. Not too bad quality on the bodysuit and does have a snap crotch to it. The neck and belt fabric is relatively soft and not scratchy or uncomfortable.
